Relax with sparkling blue water paradise at your feet! Melaluca is set on a large waterfront block with a sandy white beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding.
The living area is air-conditioned, providing a relaxed atmosphere. Modern facilities include a new 56-inch Sony smart TV and a dishwasher. The large front windows allow spectacular water views into the bay. The kitchen opens out onto the enclosed sunroom so you can relax and watch the activity on the water. A shaded outdoor setting with BBQ adjoins the house.
Bedroom 3 is tucked away of the side of the sunroom - there is no door between the sunroom and the bedroom. The secondary bathroom is part of the laundry, with the shower and toilet accessed externally.
Carport available and plenty of off-street parking. The garage is not available to guests.
The spacious yard offers plenty of space for a friendly family game of cricket. This home is in a peaceful location, with the water's edge just steps away from your front door, making it the perfect family holiday spot.
