Bom dia, no período que seu Jose estava hospedado deu pico de energia e queimou televisão e geladeira, prontamente trocamos os aparelhos queimados e mesmo não tendo responsabilidade pela serviço da Celpe nós arcamos com as compras que eles perderam. Quando a geladeira original ficou pronta perguntamos se ele queria a original (maior) ou a que já estava sendo utilizada. Ele escolheu a pequena. Em nenhum momento deixamos de oferecer assistência. Uma pena que ele não tenha gostado do nosso serviço.
