For the price we were very happy with this apartment. There is no WiFi and no AC but I dont think it would get hot as its surrounded by trees and its double brick. The balcony was so private and relaxing. parking is perfect as right beside the back door entry. Beds are very comfortable. Its perfect for.the price. will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the shops and the lake
Property was old, shower was tiny. One of the kitchen tap was faulty. The property has a "dated" odour inside which was from
The good things about this property- comfortable main bed, fans in each room, walking distance to shops, lake and park.The bad things about this place- when we arrived their was cobwebs everywhere, dirty windows and window ledges, the carpet is filthy and we had a young baby crawling all over it and she would end up having black knees, small shower, blankets stink like they have never been washed, tap in kitchen faulty, no wifi or aircon, the place can get quite hot on hot days, stove top takes forever to heat up. I just don’t think it’s worth the price that we payed.

Nice property, beware check in delays
Property location and size were fine with off street parking. Noting that there is no air con and a tiny shower. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours without any updates from the Property managers.
