Guests will have access to the middle and upper levels of the house as well as the entire grounds surrounding it.
The ground level has an open plan living-room fitted with a fireplace, a slightly raised dining area with a big dining table, chairs and sofas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and another with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. On this level, there is an independent veranda, that looks out to the sea and the city, on one side of the house. On the opposite side of the house there is a very large terrace with a barbecue, a traditional wood fire oven, a large corner sofa and 4 large marble tables that can seat over 20 people, with a view of the town, the sea and the mountain.
On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms: the first one has a double bed; the second one has a single bed, as well as a semi loft twin bed. This level also has a separate terrace with a magnificent view.
The lowest level has a seperate entrance and is reserved for use by the owners.
