Ski getaway

Place was fantastic, and impossible to have a better location. Lift is a very short walk, as are restaurants, barts, and ski rentals. The owner was super responsive. I’ll be back again next year, and would recommend this amazing place to anyone!

Great location and accommodations

This is a great condo in the best location. Steps to quicksilver lift on peak 9 and steps to Main Street for food and shopping. We loved this place and area. Owner is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This was truly the most amazing place to stay in Breckenridge!! As soon as we walked in it felt like our home away from home. The unit was so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We also all loved the amenities on site multiple hot tubs, heated pool with basketball hoop and kid area, steam room, sauna, games, and private game and movie rooms you can reserve. We did it all and the location is a short walk to Main Street.

Fantastic!

This is a great property! Great location in relation to the town and to slopes. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Place is beautiful and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights, the property is only a 5min walk to the ski lift and 5min walk to the main town where you can find everything. Amenities are great and the apartment felt very homey!

Beautiful unit - great location!

Very charming condo. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was well equipped. We got the parking- very convenient. The fitness center was perfect considering that our family loves working out daily. We would love to visit again.

My family and I had an amazing ski vacation. The condo’s proximity to the base and ski school were perfect. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Would definitely recommend! Clear and comprehensive comms from the host. Clean comfortable place. Easy ski in ski out. Easy to get to shared hot tub area. Minor things but there was no small kindling for fireplace, and bottom bunk in bunk bed hard to sit up without smacking your head

Great stay!

We were so happy in Jackie’s condo. She is the most attentive and caring person and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a terrific place close to town. My teen boys loved the hot tubs and game room! Love it!

Amazing Stay in Perfect Location!

We can't say enough about our wonderful stay at this property. It is clean, cozy, and close to absolutely everything! The location can't be beat for skiing and exploring the town. Everything we needed was within a super short walking distance. The host made everything seamless and effortless for us and went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be booking again for our next ski trip!

Perfect Location

Great property in a perfect location in the ski village and right by downtown shops, restaurants and gondola/lifts. So many nearby hiking trails. Close to nearly everything you could want or need. Comfortable furnishings throughout the condo. Very well cleaned and taken care of. Great to have a parking spot available for our rental car. Would definitely rent here again.

This condo is beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked on all items for every room, comfortable and a fantastic location. Steps from everything - quicksilver lift, ski school, ski rentals, restaurants, shops, game room, gym, sauna and hot tubs. All digital access garage and condo and check in/out process. Friendly and responsive management, though we had zero issues. My family and I have been coming to Breckenridge to ski for eleven years and this is our new favorite place to stay.

Excellent Location!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The pictures and description are spot on. It was so nice to be so close to the Quicksilver lift and main street. We were able to walk to everything. Jackie was quick to reply to the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't be more happy with our stay!

We were so pleased with Jackie's condo! It's beautifully furnished, super clean, comfortable and has everything and anything you need while you stay. Location is the best in town, ski in and out and 2 minute walk to town. Our teens loved the club room, they used it daily to shoot some pool, booked movie theater, game room and the jacuzzis and heated pool were just amazing. We can't wait to return! Thank you Jackie for being an excellent host!

Christmas vacation

We spent the week before Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. Great location for skiing and walk to town. The condo was well furnished and updated. The kids enjoyed the pool (although small indoor portion) while I was able to watch them from the treadmill! We received very helpful information from Jackie to prepare for our trip and hope to come back to Breckenridge for another stay!

Beautiful stay and great communication

Amazing Condo with plenty of space, abundant amenities, and very clean and organized living space. There were a few renovations going on during our stay but the owner offered us an upgrade to a larger unit and on site parking garage for free. There was a lot of communication when it came to the day of arrival, everything was laid out very clearly and was simple with all the information provided. Great owner to work with and I 100% would book again

Spacious in an Amazing Location!

We just got back from our wonderful trip to Breckenridge at Jackie’s listing. I traveled with my 4.5 year old twins, wife, my sister, and brother in law. The space was a perfect set up for a larger family with multiple kids or two couples. The location couldn’t be beat— literally right next to ski school and the lift and a few steps away from the village. We enjoyed cooking at home and the local restaurants after using the pool and hot tub each night. We would definitely return. Thanks Jackie!

The perfect family ski trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. From before our arrival, Jackie stayed in contact and answered any pre trip questions to make sure the check in process was seamless. While in Colorado, we loved coming back to the condo each day. The interior ski closet was the perfect place to keep our gear out of the way. The kitchen and living area were sizable and comfortable. The two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit which allowed us to hang out after the kids went to bed. It was the easiest walk to ski school, the pool and the lifts each day. Truly not enough good things to say. We would definitely love to visit again!

My husband and I grew up in Nebraska and spent some time traveling with our jobs and living in both Kansas City & Chicago along the way. We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat "The Gathering Pointe" . . .a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Why they chose this property

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! in 2014 we bought our 1st investment rental property a 3 bedroom /3.5 bath in Breckenridge and loved it so much that we decided to purchase our 2nd property which is this 2bedroom/2.5 bath in the same great location and building! This property has it all with its ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

What makes this property unique

Walk to everything - makes a huge difference! A condo that is literally a snowball's throw to the slopes and adjacent to the ski school - it doesn't get much better then this!
