Spacious rooms all with large screen tvs. Storage for bikes and beach chairs Fully furnished and stocked kitchen. Two couples can easily share with split bedrooms living room and den. Or plenty of space for the kids to play in den or at the community pool. Close to restaurants Coconut Mall and 3 miles to Gulf beach sunsets. Pet’s negotiable-1 less than 25 lbs. Free wifi 4 large screen tvs, washer and dryer in unit. Optional golf available. AVAILABLE AS SHORT TERM: January - March $5000 per month. April - $3500. May thru December- $2200per month. ANNUAL $2300 per month.Pet fee $50 per month.UPDATE- FEB. And MARCH- BOOKED!
