Brand new apartment! Facing the sea, when opening the condominium gate will be on the beach !!

We are 1,600 meters from the handicraft fair in central Mongaguá.

In the bedroom there is a wardrobe + 1 double bed + 4 new and excellent quality single mattresses.

In the living room we have TV + DVD + set of brown leather sofas.
Dining room with table and 4 chairs, we have 3 more stools for the counter.
The bathroom contains a beautiful shower, glass shower enclosure, and all new sanitary parts.
Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove and microwave, large brick cabinets with all necessary utensils, blender, toaster, cake mixer, sandwich maker, rice cooker, juice centrifuge.
The balcony of the apartment and all windows have safety nets

Excelente imóvel, próximo de tudo, de frente ao mar, apartamento todo equipado. Anfitrião excelente no atendimento, receptividade e rápido retorno. Para quem está procurando apartamento em Mongaguá falo podem alugar sem medo, vale muito a pena.
