The property was very scenic and picturesque. Very secluded and overlooking a stream like something out of a Norman Rockwell painting. The check-in process was extremely easy, and our host Dee welcomed us with some nice treats! Overall, the property is very updated and immaculate. We would definitely stay there again!
It was a perfect loft style house for 4 people. Fully equipped gally kitchen, with fully made beds and bath towels provided. Bottled water in refrigerator, along with homemade honey and PSU's famous Griddle Sticks! Extremely hospitable hosts!
We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable loft by the creek. The owners have provided everything necessary for a relaxing stay near State College. We will stay again!
This is a great property if you enjoy all the outdoor recreation that Big Valley has to offer! It’s also close to PSU (about 30 mins). The location is beautiful, quiet, and accurately described by the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.
We had a great stay at this VRBO. The location was so quiet and we really enjoyed the firepit area watching the fireflies and the stream. The location was so close to everything we wanted to go to. We would stay again!
Love this property right on the river and nice and quiet. Convenient to Penn state without being too expensive. Also loved the BBQ place up the street.
Loved our stay! Beautiful location, house was perfect for our family and sitting next to the river with an evening fire was exceptional. Highly recommend.
We love this location for visiting Penn State. The setting is idyllic and the property is clean and comfortable. The outside space makes it that much better. This was our second stay and we always check availability here first when visiting Penn State.
We had an awesome time for psu homecoming weekend. This place is 20 minutes from the stadium, no traffic and conveniently locate to downtown. We had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year.
Beautiful, cozy spot convenient to Penn State. Like staying deep in the woods but still a short drive to good food and plenty of hiking and views. We would definitely return here the next time we are up this way!
Very nice place to stay when visiting Penn State. Only 20 minutes outside of State College, easy ride into town and tailgating. Dee & Gary have a beautiful area for those who love Nature!
