It is the place for everyone who wanted to have a peaceful place to live in while having fun exploring Ilo-Ilo. A spacious living room and airconditioned bedrooms for 8 guests .in the first floor kitchen and dining place is available and a gated garage for a very affordable price. It is only ten min. Away from the airport, malls within Pavia, Robinson, GT mall, City mall, hospital and market place. Three min. Away from seven eleven, and Puregold store. Tranportation for hire is available as scheduled.. the host or caretaker, is always available to attend immediate need of the guests. He has its own room at the ground floor with different entrance and gate.

Quiet and great

Loved the place if you're looking for quiet and relaxing which we were market and small places for food and store down the street, will rent again

I would be writing to request for a full refund. The place is not conducive for 10 adults

The property was too small to accommodate 10 adults, water is very slow and will take at least 20 minutes for one adult to finish taking a shower. Kitchen is part of the garage. We were given futon as mattresses to accommodate 4 individuals. The 2nd bathroom is too small. We ended up leaving and at the last minute and late at night to find accommodation VRBO didn’t do a good job inspecting this facility. I believe I was misled by VRBO. I can be reached through email and rest assured I will file a complaint. Thanks

Good day. I'm sorry for the issue. Guest should read of the listing of the house before they book. I did not know earlier that they are all senior citizens until they arrived. I gave all the details about the kind of beds we have in the unit. Bunk beds and extra floor mattress is in the listing. Water is normally running . Kitchen is located at the ground floor along with an open dining table and separated to the gated garage .Before they left they are asking for the refund . I gave them almost half of the payout i received. We both agreed on the reason to have them a better and more comfortable place for their ages. Before they leave i have given them a refund they asked for. Thank you and have a good day..
