North Myrtle Beach • Oceanfront

Welcome to your oceanfront vacation spot!

You will experience fun and refreshment during your stay in our place, and you will want to come back! We are on the 3rd floor, second balcony, facing the beach!!

The 3rd floor beachfront condo includes a master bedroom with a *new* comfy queen size bed. Open the window for an ocean breeze any time of day. An ocean-view balcony is accessible from the master, so breathe deeply and enjoy the view. Also included in the master are a private full bath, plenty of closet space, and a Smart TV.

The guest room includes a new twin-over-queen bunk and a Smart TV. Great for traveling with children and/or couples. The newly-renovated guest bath offers a full-sized bath tub and shower. We also have a pack-n-play for small children, a portable high chair, and extra bed safety guard rails.

The family room offers beautiful and clean coastal-style furniture. This includes a Serta queen sleeper sofa, along with chairs, and a Smart TV. The ocean view balcony is accessible from the family area as well. A perfect spot for a cocktail and a great book! A high-top table and chairs are provided on the balcony. Free wireless internet is included.

Located off the fully-equipped kitchen are the dinette area and breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts great appliances and accessories. A coffee maker and blender are available for you. The guest closet off the kitchen stores a few beach essentials you may use: beach chairs, a few beach buckets, skim boards, a small cooler, etc.

The condo development has two in-ground outdoor pools.

Charcoal grills are just outside the pool gate toward the street for your convenience. Picnic tables are provided as well along with trash cans. (Sorry, no grilling permitted on balcony!)

As much as we love animals ... your pets must stay home while you visit our place. After all they need a vacation from you too!

The local beachfront hot-spots, Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar & River City Cafe, are located down the beach just a few steps away from the condo! Bike and scooter rentals are available nearby, too. The condo is minutes away from many beautiful golf courses. Hop in the car and shop at Tanger Outlets, and local gift shops just a couple miles away. Coffee shops, Kroger, Super Walmart, and a variety of awesome eateries are nearby!

Get away

We were down with my sister and brothers families and had a fabulous week. Ocean was warm, pool was fun and the weather was beautiful. A fun time was had by all.

Beach trip

Great location, nice place, wonderful view from the balcony and not in the crowded part of Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful stay and the owners were great with communication.

Perfect Getaway

The condo listing is very accurate. My family and I were so happy with the property and location. The kitchen (which we use very frequently) was very well stocked with basic items and plenty of pots/pans/silverware/utensils. No complaints there whatsoever, it was great! LOTS of beach gear (boogie boards, pool noodles, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, etc.) That was so nice to have since we can't really travel with those items on an airplane. I guess it would have been nice if there was an elevator; my mom is 71 and my brother-in-law has bad knees and they struggled with being on the third floor, even though the view was incredible. Small inconvenience. The beds were generally cozy. A little squeaky and the couch pull-out was not super comfy, but we made do. Overall, we loved the experience of being in a condo in MB, this was wonderful and Amy answered all of my questions very timely, she was really great to work with and we hope to be back again!

Great location.

Was disappointed to discover second bedroom did not have AC. Bedroom closets were packed with equipment/home improvement supplies. Kitchen cabinets had supplies beyond "starter supplies". Location was great.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

This was a nice property to stay in. All of the Place at the Beach locations on Shore Drive are very similar. Quiet, enjoyable, relaxing, with no issues at all. The only complaint we had at all was there wasn't enough furniture to sit on or a coffee table to put your drinks or snacks on. We just pulled out our tote we brought and used that and it worked fine. Would recommend to people.

We live in lovely Akron, Ohio with our family. Both of us graduated from Ohio University (go Bobcats!) and are avid basketball fans! We enjoy hanging out with our kids - 23, 20, and 16 - who are growing into adulthood and still enjoy our spot on the sand!

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacation roots at A Place at the Beach! For over 20 years we traveled to the area and specifically this neighborhood of condos! Why? Because of affordability, ease, and comfort - not to mention the ideal location! Plus, so many wonderful family memories are imprinted in the sand here. We want to keep visiting the area with our kids and their kids so we invested in a property of our own! Not only that, but so many vacationers also come visit the beach we figured - let's make it available to family and friends as well.

What makes this property unique

A Place at the Beach III is a hidden gem on the North Myrtle Beach area coast - the complex is quaint, personal and convenient. It offers an oceanfront view of the sand and ocean - so close you can hear the gentle waves from the windows! It is serene yet close to many sights, eateries and shopping. Walk out your front door, down the steps and your feet are on sand! So easy for families and couples. It is fully-equipped so it feels like a home-away-from-home!
