The guests checked into an apartment on a high floor with a sea view although they were booked with a mountain view we gave him the best option and they were happy. The problems started after two weeks passed and I had not received payment I asked them to contact customer service and explain to them that they were living without payment and still had a month to live but they did not contact customer service for a long time which caused me a lot of problems. I asked them and explained to them that I would have to go to the police because they did not want to pay for their accommodation and only after a month I was able to contact the support team who helped me solve the problem .I wonder who in my place would let them live for a month for free ??? why they keep silent about it.
