Cool little weekend trip

So we went in august when it’s mountain biking and activity zone fun time. This rental was at the clock tower base which is a 5 min drive from the fun zone/hotel but right where the lift and mountain biking is. If you come in winter, this spot is awesome regardless. Room was clean and smelled/looked much better than the hallway. Very much fulfilled my Vermont experience.

fire place did not work

fire place listed as part of property, but upon check in sign stated that fire place was not working due to renovations. this should have been listed, as a fireplace adds significant draw/ value to a property . misleading !

When convenience matters

This is a standard condo for the clock tower lodge. It’s for folks who want to be on the snow. There are quirks with these condo designs like a tiny bathroom with an odd entry but if your kids aren’t too big it’s a great way to fit a family of four into a 1BR condo. The ski locker is clutch. Sadly our fireplace had not yet been inspected after the recent renovations that are ongoing in the lodge so no fire. This unit also needs a few more utensils and things like a corkscrew so it’s worth the owner going through and inventorying again. Also, it would be easier to include the fact that you check in at Gore Mtn lobby rather then just giving the address. It’s not super fancy but this condo isn’t beat to death either. It’s priced appropriately and overall in fine shape. The red awning communications et c are very good.
