Excellent stay!
We had an excellent stay. The house is well-kept and was very clean. The host, Stephanie, was friendly, and great to work with. Everything about the house and our stay was positive. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Corona Virus locked us out
Due to the Corona Virus the Trinity County Board of Supervisors wouldn't let us come into the county to bury my father in the Trinity Center Cemetery. We talked to the home owner and will try again this summer when things aren't so upside down. I was unable to rate cleanliness.

Perfect!
This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. The yard is large and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out on the large deck while we BBQ’d one evening. The little store is in walking distance for any last minutes items. We had fun at the lake and 4-wheeling in the mountains. We are making plans to come up again during the summer to go boating on the lake. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us to make some fun memories!

Nice place with great owners
The owners of the property were very kind and easy to get a hold of, I wasn't the biggest fan of the broker, not verbo its self but evolve, they gave us the wrong code to enter the house didn't return an email I had sent asking about late checkout while still completely spamming my emails, the owners of the property more than made up for the short comings of Evolvo though. The description said the place sleeps 12 which would be a tight fit.

Awesome place for all ages
Very nice place, plenty of room, and very close to market and lake. We brought our 19 month old daughter and she loved the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!
