The Space:
The kitchen is inviting and fully equipped, complete with a marble countertop and dining room table with seating for four, plus some additional swanky lounge chairs. The sleeping area is open and bright, featuring a comfy king-sized bed and sizable shower.
The balcony is one of its most attractive features, with plenty of seating and sunshine while you cook up on an Argentine parrilla (grill).
The building features two rooftop pools (one indoor heated whirlpool and the other a large, outdoor pool), gym, laundry facility, grill, and game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball.
The Neighborhood:
Nuñez is one of the safest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, where you will find a nearby sports center with tennis courts, yacht club, health clubs, restaurants and upscale shops.
Located in the northernmost area of the city, it's surrounded by the magnificent Río de la Plata on one side, giving its inhabitants the chance to enjoy nature just a few minutes away, and the Northern neighborhoods (Zona Norte) one the other, having a quick and easy transfer to those areas.
Getting Around:
Plenty of buses over Libertador Avenue. More buses on Cabildo Av (10 blocks away)
