Great house, great location, odd security

The house is great, and the pictures are accurate, although the outdoor furniture could use some updating. The on-site water park is a real plus. Getting into the development can be quite a hassle though. The gate seems to require most people to insert a drivers license and then have a conversation, through a speaker, with a remote security guard. It can literally take each car several minutes. It’s an annoyance more than a major problem, but we found it frustrating at times. It seems to be better on the other side of the road.

We had a great time!

Our family came together for a weeklong vacation. We enjoyed ourselves while at the house. The home and the pool were as listed. We had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. There were minor issues that needed to be handled. The team at Jeeves was very quick to respond to all the issues we discovered in the house. I must say that the Pool Works vendor took care in treating the pool and getting it to clear up quickly. He came by a couple of times to make sure that pool was treated. Also we had an issue with the remotes and Jeeves sent someone by to take care of that. The team at Jeeves really made the stay flow as seamlessly as possible. We also got to use the amenities from the resort as well while renting the house. Our family appreciated this as well. The only trouble we had was that the grill was missing but Jeeves tried to get that done as soon as possible. The vendor was the slow down in getting the grill delivered. Overall, our family had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves. Jeeves did everything they could to make sure that it all worked out. Trust me, we will rent this house again and we will definitely rent with Jeeves again.
