Year round lake front cottage!!

Welcome to our cottage, where you'll love spending time with your family and friends!! This is a cozy little place nestled at the very end of a quiet road in Wayland on Cobb Lake and has just been remodeled from top to bottom! You will enjoy sunshine, swimming, roasting marshmallows, turtle catching, ice skating, fishing, sledding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, gorgeous sunsets and so much more here. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, one 1/2 bathroom, one full bathroom with tub, one large loft with 4 built in twin beds, a huge living room overlooking the lake with a queen pull out sectional, a full kitchen and eating area for 8+ diners as well as on site laundry. This cottage is clean, non-smoking, pet-free, comes fully furnished with all utensils needed to cook and eat, bath towels and bed linens. There is a large driveway for parking that is uncovered. There is a front porch and back porch that gives beautiful views of the lake. Heat and air-conditioning makes for a comfortable environment year round. Outdoors host a large firepit with plenty of chairs, a picnic table, a dining table and patio furniture. There are 6 children's kayaks for their entertainment during the warm summer months!
