House fully renovated in 2017 with heated pool near ocean and bay beaches and village. Open floor plan with separate den and pull out couch on first floor with own private bathroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms- three ensuite and one shared bathroom. Fireplace in living room and master bedroom. There's a screened in porch and swing set for kids and shower outside. Apple TV and Sonos for your use.

Utilities: All utilities must be paid by tenant which includes electric, fuel oil, propane, cable/internet and weekly lawn, pool and cleaning service.

Perfect from beginning to end

The best way to summarize our stay in this lovely home is to say that the entire experience ( from the owners hospitality, to the house itself and the whole of the Hamptons towns visited )made we want to live in the Hamptons full time! I have only thought that way of places I have vacationed in while visiting Europe. Since I am the one who usually chooses my family’s vacation destinations I believe this to be an ongoing destination in our future. We were supposed to have been in Amsterdam and the South of France this Summer, but due to COVID those trips were canceled. But as it turns out it worked out beautifully, to all of our great delight.

Awesome house in North Sea

My wife and I, with our 10 month old, had an amazing week at this house in North Sea. Just minutes from the bay, the house is perfectly situated on a calm tree-lined street. The sunsets from the dock down the street were amazing. The house itself was clearly recently updated and well kept. It was clean, has all the kitchen fixings, and an amazing pool. The owners were very responsive to every question and request. And really just nice people. I'd definitely stay here again. And just loved the neighborhood.
