About this property

Everything included in this quaint studio apartment! Nightly, weekly, monthly! Free electric, water, wifi, cable. Three miles from interstate 90, Five miles from Lake Vermilion, and an easy commute of 35 miles to Sioux Falls.
You will have a 12' x 22' room plus a 6' x 8' bathroom. Your room has two full beds and a retractable curtain which reaches all the way across the room, dividing the room into 2 sleeping spaces. A kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave, mini fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, crock pot, coffee pot. The bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower, grab bars, 15" stool, and vanity with medicine cabinet. Pack N' Plays available for infants. Iron and ironing board included.
Maid service free with nightly rates. Maid service available upon request, but not required, at an extra charge for bi-weekly or monthly rates. Tax applies for nightly and bi-weekly rates. NO tax for monthly rates!
Disclaimer: Electric heat and AC. We do not have natural gas at this property. There is no need for a carbon monoxide detector.

I would like to send you pictures of the deferred maintenance and ants. Do you have a way I can send picture? Also, the walls are paper thin and the TV volume locked in very low. I couldn't hear the TV over the noisy neighbors. No way to adjust volume.

A father to a 3 year old boy named Grayson, I try to spend as much time with him as I can. He is a fan of Thomas the Tank Engine and Paw Patrol. We like to ride the steam and diesel trains up in Prairie Village whenever we can. Working a rotating schedule in Sioux Falls, I have about 3-4 days off per week, but am also a member of the Army National Guard, so I have that commitment one weekend per month. My life motto is, "Do not keep secrets..because secrets have expiration dates."
