Cozy 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, new house in the Santa Fe style stucco design. Located right on the amazing Rainmakers Golf Club near Ruidoso, NM which is rated as one of the top 20 golf courses in the nation. The home is well furnished with top of the line linens, memory foam mattresses, flat screen TV's, Blu-ray DVD, satellite TV, high speed internet and good cell service gives you all the amenities of home. Sleeps a maximum of 6 with the fold out queen sofa. The central air and heat makes the house comfortable in any weather. After a challenging day on the golf course, enjoy a 270-degree mountain view from the back deck in our luxurious hot tub. Amenities include an outdoor gas fireplace to keep you warm while you sip a glass of wine in the evening or a hot coffee on a cool mountain morning. Well stocked kitchen, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Full use of the private Rainmakers Golf Club are included with the exception of the workout room. No better place to get the knots out of your rope!
Pets are welcome under 35 lbs and only one. No cats.

We are in the aviation business in Texas. We sell turboprop engine upgrades worldwide. We have two grown children and one new grandchild. We are avid golfers, love to travel and we are unapologetic wine snobs. We have traveled the world through our business and enjoy good wine, good friends and good times.
Why they chose this property
We have been to over 30 countries around the world but we love the mountains of NM and Colorado the most. We are in a high stress industry so we have always dreamed of having a home in the mountains to go to relieve that stress. We have looked at dozens of houses throughout NM and CO for many years. Ruidoso appealed to us due to it's proximity to Waco, TX where we live, it's great airport for private aircraft, 6 golf courses, live theater, two casinos, horse racing in the summer, skiing in the winter, wine tasting and so much more. This house at first seemed too small for what we wanted but we quickly fell in love with the coziness as well as the amazing views. We believe there are couples like us who just want to get away for a few days or a few weeks to relax and enjoy the mountains. Why stay in a condo in town with no views but a street and a parking lot when you can just soak in the majesty of gods work, smell the pinions, watch the multitude of wild life pass by the back deck as you sip a glass of wine or a hot cup of coffee on a cold winter day? Your stress and tension just melts away with every passing hour.
What makes this property unique
Mountain views - I just can't talk about it enough. Just amazing. Stars. More than you have ever seen from a city. You can almost see the nebulas. Wildlife everywhere. A challenging golf course all around you. Hiking trails that give even the most fit person a good workout. Comfortable memory foam mattresses with Egyptian cotton linens, top of the line appliances and high speed internet.
