The Space: Located on the 2nd floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.
This property is comprised of 2 side-by-side penthouse apartments separated by a small stair landing (~6 feet wide). They are the only 2 units on this floor of the building, so you have it to yourself. Included in each apartment are a kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen, dining, and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.
Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

This former warehouse district has transformed in recent years and is now a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Within a 5 minute walk outside your door, you’ll find dozens of hangout spots and places to explore for all ages and budgets. You’re truly in the heart of one of Chicago’s coolest neighborhoods!
Getting Around: Our place is very central for exploring all of Chicago -- less than 1 mile from the Loop and River North, and a 10-15 minute trip to other areas like the Magnificent Mile, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, and McCormick Place.
You’re a 1 min walk from the Morgan train stop (Green/Pink Line) and a 10 min walk from the Grand train stop (Blue Line), allowing you to quickly access all areas of the city and O’Hare/Midway Airports. Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You’ll have no trouble getting around without a car.
Parking: We do not have parking in our building, but there are very convenient options nearby. The nearest parking garage is the 1K Fulton Parking garage at 1029 W. Carroll Ave, one block from from the apartment. For 24 hours of parking, rates are $26 on the weekend and $50 during the week. We also recommend two parking apps/websites that allow you to book discounted parking in garages and neighborhood parking lots. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned and separately disinfected using high-grade products that are EPA and CDC-approved. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.
Dogs allowed only with prior approval. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 50 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

Great location and a spectacular space. The layout was perfect for our purpose, but good for folks to know the 5 bedroom apartment is actually 2 separate apartments, one with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and one with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and two full kitchens, living and eating areas. This was actually even better for purpose but not something we expected. Would recommend you add tissues and a recycling bin to each unit but otherwise they were clean and well equipped. Thank you!

Hi Jamie! Just to clarify for future guests, the two apartments are located side-by-side and comprise the entire 2nd floor of the building. The apartments are separated by a small landing, but effectively function as a single combined space and work really well for larger groups. With nearly 5,000 square feet, there's nothing else like it in this neighborhood!

Perfect way for a large group to stay together, but enough rooms for privacy when needed.
We had a group of 15 family members and the accommodations were spacious, allowing spaces for everyone to gather or have quiet time when needed. The location is excellent in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and close proximity to public transport. I really appreciate the communication from the host especially advice on local restaurants and parking.
Wonderful property and location! Only 5 min walk to train lines and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, night life shops, etc. Easy to get to and find. Property was clean and spacious. Keyless entry was easy to use, building felt secure. Management was always quick to respond to my questions. Definitely would stay here again!
Location was great. Great commuunication throughout the entire process and great to work with. The accomadations were clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We would definately stay here again!
