This beautiful hilltop home is 2200sqft of contemporary comfort. Sleeps 10-12 making it perfect for large tamiles or small private events. There is a inground saltwater pool, bar, sun deck, Bose sound, hot tub horseshoes pits, a pool side basketball goal, and a flat screen tv, on top of the hill, which is the best spot you can be on most any day of the week.

This property is 5min from I-49, 10min from UofA and accessible within minutes to Devils Den, Razorback Greenway, and Kessler Regional Park. Great access for all that NWA has to offer. Private but convenient.

The home is on a county maintained gravel road and live on a hillside so the roads may not be suitable for low-to-the-ground sports type cars, and/or motorcycles.

Great property and location!

Our cycling team flew to Fayetteville for the UCI Cyclocross World Championship. Matt & Courtney were very responsive to all our questions and requests. The house and property were very well represented on the VRBO listing and it was a quick drive to town. It's a great property for families or groups of friends, with lots of places to gather or be alone. We'll be back!

Great place pool and bar area was awesome. The inside of the house was very spacious. Bathroom leave a bit to the imagination. Don’t let the ones who like to sleep late stay in the bedroom with the bathroom upstairs.

Family reunion

Perfect property ! We had a wide age group lots of 60 plus people one in a wheelchair. Ironed out a few mobility issues and it turned out great !! Outdoor space was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked we cooked every meal and used the grill and had everything we needed. Beautiful setting.

In Fayetteville for UArk Graduation. Perfect location - only 10 minutes to Bud Walton Arena. House was perfect for our family. Hosts promptly answers all questions. Outdoor area around the pool was fantastic. Very open well stocked kitchen and living room. Would definitely rent again.

UARK Sorority Mom's Weekend

Had a great time. Only 2 bathrooms for 10 women was a bit crazy but we managed. Driveway needs to be filled in a spots maybe the rainy weather has washed some of the rock way but there are holes that should be filled. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

Univ Graduation!

Our weekend trip up to Fayetteville was to celebrate our niece's graduation with our extended family (Fall / Dec Ceremony) This venue served as a perfect venue. It has large kitchen & living areas & a truly outstanding outdoor entertainment area - although sadly the weather wasn't that good over the weekend. Our hosts were really good with communication - even offering a "Renter's Manual" which was clear & inciteful. Would definitely recommend & really like to come back in the Spring or Fall seasons...

Amazing home!

This property was perfect. It was a private setting, but a short drive into nearby communities. The area is beautiful. We loved the big beautiful swimming pool and the hot tub. There is plenty of room around the pool to soak up some sun in a lawn chair or cool off in the shaded bar area. The lighting and the sound system are perfect for an enjoyable evening at the pool. Inside the home is clean and spacious. The bathrooms were loaded with towels and there was extra bedding in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Matt and Alicia were wonderful hosts. They provided us with recommendations for local parks and activities. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to visit again!!

Awesome stay

We booked this property for our wedding weekend and I do not regret it! We had so much fun and every single one of us had a blast. Even our 5 and 4 year olds had the best time playing hide and seek in the spacious house. Everyone loved the outside pool area with the bar, grill and hot tub while the older kids swam. Definitely recommend and the owners are very quick with any questions you may have!!

Loved the outdoor oasis!

We stayed here with a group of 8 friends, it was the perfect amount of space for us! The house was stocked with essentials and very clean. The outdoor space was AMAZING, unfortunately the pool was too cold for us to enjoy but the hot tub was a great alternative. The only minor issue was the bathrooms. The only upstairs bathroom is inside a bedroom so that was slightly inconvenient for the upstairs guests. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend this place and come back!

Beautiful Outdoorsy Oasis!

This was an absolutely beautiful property. Our hiking group was able to cook meals together, play music in the large living room, and comfortably share time together. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. The hot tub is well kept and such a luxury after a long day on the trails. We feel very grateful for Matt & Alicia's quick responses and hospitality. I really got the sense that they wanted this to be a good experience for us. I would definitely consider renting their property in the future and think adding on their second property would make it even more amazing and convenient for a larger group. THANK YOU for letting us stay at your wonderful property!

I held my wedding shower and party here, and it was amazing! There is so much space and everyone slept very comfortably. The pool area is incredible. We spent most of our time there just relaxing and swimming! Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We are enthusiasts of many sorts, some of which include art, outdoors, food, theatre, music, baseball, and visiting places and seeing things, to name a few. We are artists ourselves and have some functional pieces in the home such as the countertops throughout, that we designed, created and installed. Also, the light fixtures in the bathrooms were a lot of fun to make. We also turn wood bowls and often use them to make candles, so you may see some of our pieces laying around. There is also some abstract photography hanging around, most of which were shot on the property. We also work with local artists and like have pieces for sale at OMG, so if you see something you like, let us know and we’ll give you the lowdown on it!

This property is a second-generation owned and has been home to the family for over 24yrs. We are NWA natives and have a keen sense of the area and what it has to offer so let us know if you need any suggestions.

Why they chose this property

The home is nestled along with another family home and a big red shop building on five acres in the foothills of the Boston Mountains, which are part of the Ozark Mountain Range. The property is located on the North face of Tony Mountain, which brings gorgeous views of Fayetteville and Prairie Grove, and amazing sunsets! The home is yours to use as your own, and we ask that you respect it as you would your own by following the general guidelines and rules that are in effect in pretty much every public place. We are a short drive (5 minutes from I-49) so you have the feel of out in the country yet not too far from all the local amenities.

What makes this property unique

Completely private with a huge pool and patio area and multiple decks to lounge on. If it's too cold outside, enjoy the comfort of the huge hot tub, the fire table on the top, covered deck with the pergola swinging car, or simply the vibes of the eclectic indoors.

You can choose a low-key activity such as playing card games and reading books in all kinds of nooks around the houses. Don't wanna read or play games? Cozy on up in bed or on the couches for a nap or to watch some tv. If you're chilly on the couch, look in any of the bedroom's furniture, and pull out that extra blanket to keep you cozy.

If you find a nap is not in order and decide TV is what you need to unwind You can log in and out of any of your own streaming devices with our smart TVs. We have four TVs you can use: in the living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedroom to the left, and under the covered porch by the bar.

Relax, chill out and unwind...you deserve this...time to take care of yourself and enjoy your stay to the fullest!
