Luxury Beachfront Villa on Rio Mar Beach in Resort

Ocean Villas is a beachfront, luxury condominium complex inside the gated grounds of the world-renowned major resort (see property address for resort name).

The resort is adjacent to the awe-inspiring El Yunque rainforest, yet only a 30-minute drive to the city of San Juan. The Ocean Villas complex has three private pools (lap pool, infinity pool, kids' pool), a hot tub and a huge expansive beach providing easy access to the warm Caribbean Sea. You will have a relaxing tropical experience while a 5-minute stroll to the hotel gives you access to the excitement and nightlife of the resort's numerous entertainment options including restaurants and a full-service casino.

Our villa is located on floor 2, which gives it amazing, unobstructed views of the beach. The photos on our listing were taken from the villa, and were not zoomed in... you really will be that close to the beach and Ocean Villas pool complex!

Please Note that during peak holiday times (Christmas, New Year, Easter, July 4th, etc), the Wyndham resort next door may restrict some of the restaurants and bars to their guests only. We advise you to use OpenTable for reservations and to call ahead to verify.

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) comfortably stayed here for six nights. Waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony or taking a walk on the beach as the sun came up was heavenly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, having laundry in the room was a huge plus. My kids especially loved the pool area, and it was never too crowded. Complex felt very safe. Would 100% stay here again.

This was our 4th stay at this property, but first stay at Taylor's home. This was definitely our favorite. We liked being on lower floor so we could use stairs and not need the elevator. The view was perfect, much larger patio and furniture was perfect. Very quiet unit, quieter than the other units, though this property is never loud. This property is the perfect getaway, no need to leave, grocery store on the way in gets you Anthony you could need. Restaurants walking distance, enough variety for a weekend, but quick car ride gets you any cuisine you could want. Residents are respectful, property staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there for the ocean, the beach and water are just perfect. Taylor was a wonderful host, very good communicator, we felt very welcomed. We hope to be back soon!

This villa is exactly as advertised--the pool/hot tub area are quiet, as is the stretch of beach directly out in front, but you're only about 200 yards from the main building of the Wyndham resort, including its restaurants. This was a great stay!

Beautiful views to wake up to every morning and so many delicious food options nearby. Grocery shopping was just 10 minutes away, which made it easy to keep essentials on hand. We loved how close we were to El Yunque Forest, and being only about 35 minutes from San Juan was perfect. It was a great week away and an ideal home base for exploring the area

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation! It was amazing to have the beach and pools just steps away, the view was incredible, and super convenient to have the Wyndham Resort a short walk away to go out to eat or grab coffee. The apartment was great, the bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the evenings listening to coqui frogs. Great property for kids, too — our two-year-old loved it!The hosts John and Taylor as well as the management on site were incredibly responsive, which was much appreciated. The shower drain was clogged when we arrived, but they arranged a plumber to fix it the next morning. For an issue that can understandably arise, they did a great job handling it. There were just a few small things that would have made the stay even better. The bathroom is a bit outdated, and considering the price, we would have appreciated a few more essentials in the kitchen and bathroom — it felt a bit bare minimum. We got a couple of laundry and dishwasher pods, and just 1 extra kitchen trash bag.Overall this was truly the best possible place for us, and we were grateful to have the kitchen along with everything else this beautiful property has to offer! I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Great Oceanfront location for exploring Eastern PR

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The space was exactly as described - comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our family vacation. Being right in front of the ocean and near the Wyndham Resort made the location incredibly convenient. It was also a great home base for exploring the eastern side of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, the Luquillo kiosks, and snorkeling excursions from Fajardo. Would definitely recommend!

Paradise!

We had a lovely stay at Taylor and John’s condo! It was super clean and had every thing we needed for a peaceful, relaxing week. The view is amazing with easy access to the beautiful pools and beach. The location is great with lots of great food options and activities near by. Taylor was lovely, very commutative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
