NO POOL, BUT THE HOUSE IS LOCATED LESS THAN 100 METERS FROM THE SEA, JUST WALK 1 BLOCK AND YOU'LL ALREADY GET TO THE BEACH AREA.

Garage for 05 cars (you can also count on land on the side of the house that is also part of the property, where you can park more than 10 cars), and a covered space on the other side, with garden and space to gather the staff ( last picture).
We accept animals as long as you do not do the necessities indoors or eat the furniture.
