Ocean Views and Minutes to the Reef!

Beautiful waterfront home with 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs. New appliances, fixtures, furnishings etc. etc. Ocean views from the bedrooms , dining room and East balcony and lagoon views from one bedroom and back porch. The house is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, there is no thru traffic so it is very peaceful. Just a few minutes to Islamorada activities, dining and shopping.
Great dockage for up to a 50' boat, with cleaning table and tiki hut right on the dock. Big gas barbecue, 2 kayaks and bicycles for your use. Direct access to the ocean is just 300 yards from the dock, and Florida bay is about a mile away via Snake Creek.

Modern, clean, relaxing
The house was very nice and clean, newly redone and comfy! We were very happy with our stay there. 5 beds and two large couches too, the place is much larger in person! Two dining areas, huge kitchen, and balconies everywhere. Drop a kayak right behind the house for a nice peaceful paddle, or sit and dine outside on the private bar-tiki set up! Wifi is fast, tv is a great size, and it is super close to downtown islamorada! I would highly recommend, my family of 7 loved it.

Comfortable & peaceful Islamorada home in great location
Really liked Patrick's place on the canal/lagoon at the end of Treasure Harbor Road. Open and spacious living areas upstairs and water-side yard and dock area. We dined in several times at three different locations; the kitchen water-side table, the formal dining table, and steaks from the grill down at the tiki hut area at the water's edge. While the place was fairly quiet and off the Overseas Hwy it was close to numerous restaurants and Bud n' Mary's Marina - where we hooked up with our chartered fishing boat. There still a few refinements being made to the flooring and the grilling area but not a big deal. Probably the only downside is the shared master bath between two of the bedrooms however with another master-like bathroom and a powder room, no real issue with the layout. Recommend this place if you want to stay at a comfortable, peaceful, scenic, local home that puts you in the heart of Islamorada.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to be able to run out to the ocean in minutes to go diving and at the same time go fishing on the flats on the bayside without running too far. This home offered both. When I saw the dock with the Tiki Hut the deal was sealed.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! Ocean views from the bedroom windows! Less than two minutes from the dock to the open ocean and fishing and diving Oceanside. And its a very short run to Florida Bay flats fishing or just running over to the bayside to watch a sunset.. Close to Islamorada restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
