Huge Penthouse at base of Winter Park-Amazing location

LISTING DESCRIPTION:
This is one of four penthouses on the resort. 3bed/ 2 bath approx. 1500 sq ft unit that looks over the main Winter Park ski slope area and village. Large living/dining area for maximum comfort. Fully stocked kitchen. The deck of the unit is approx 360 st ft, reason alone to choose this location. There is also a large common deck/Amenity deck area with 20 people hot tub and fireplace on the property plus an outdoor grill. Underground parking is available. Ski locker for all your ski equipment.

It is a super short walk to 3 ski lifts. The main lift you overlook from the unit. We have a heated garage that is kept around 65F all winter long. Keeps the cars nice and warm.

THE SPACE:

Exciting news for our guests at Fraser Crossing, Winter Park! Our newly installed hot tubs are ready for you to enjoy.

COZY RUSTIC/INDUSTRIAL decor. The PENTHOUSE has a large living space with high ceilings that includes a dining area that can seat 10, the living room with super comfortable leather sofa and chairs with a 65" big screen YouTube TV and soundbar great for movies and game watching, and the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Exclusive, one-of-a-kind unit. Right out of the elevator so no walking the long halls.

There is also a large common deck/Amenity deck area with a 20-person hot tub and fireplace on the property plus an outdoor grill. Ski locker for all your ski equipment.


PARKING:
Ensure your parking is arranged in advance. Access the heated parking garage with a barcode scanner. Winter parking is $21/night (price varies; details will be communicated via message), while spring/summer parking is free (notification will be sent if it becomes paid).

Beautiful, well-furnished condo. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals. Super-convenient to ski lifts and underground parking is so nice in winter months. Property hot tubs are huge and fantastic. Host was super responsive and replaced broken items same day as requested. Only thing that would have made the stay better is to provide enough pool towels for each guest.

The view is crazy good! The walk to the lifts was quick & easy. The penthouse was immaculate when we arrived. The host communication was excellent. The parking is unbeatable. Did I mention the Torch Light Parade (see photo) visible from the deck or just a short walk to the nase? This place made lifelong Christmas memories for our family. 10 out of 10, and we’ll be yearly returning guests if Shawn will have us!

Our family is all avid skiers. My wife and I ski together every weekend while our three girls are off at team ski with the WP Comp Center and our son has his own coach every Saturday with the NSCD. We have lived in Colorado for more than 20 years now and truly believe the beauty of this state never gets old.

Why they chose this property

Being at the base of the mountain makes it so easy to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer; skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, and restaurants. You name it!!!

This property is quite unique as there are only four like it. The views are priceless!!! It is on the top floor of one of the four main buildings on the resort. The deck is an extension of the unit, you can enjoy it year-round.

We chose Winter Park because the resort is so kid-friendly and a friendly community altogether. They have a wonderful ski program for all types of skiers/boarders and the NSCD is priceless. There is something for everyone here!!!

We are just 36 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Short drive to the park. There are activities almost every weekend in the summer up here.

What makes this property unique

VILLAGE LIVING AT ITS BEST!!! Walk 50 yards to the main ski lift. You are right where everything happens and at the same time you are set back just enough to feel you are in your own world. You will truly feel on top of the world!!! Winter Park has the largest bike park in the USA.
