PARKING:
Ensure your parking is arranged in advance. Access the heated parking garage with a barcode scanner. Winter parking is $21/night (price varies; details will be communicated via message), while spring/summer parking is free (notification will be sent if it becomes paid).

Starting from APRIL 29, 2024 to NOVEMBER 2024, we will be initiating a HOT TUB CONSTRUCTION project on the premises. The project work hours will be from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. Please be aware that during the initial phases, especially during demolition, there will be noise and possible construction dust on the carpet on level 3.
Construction is underway on the amenities deck, which our unit overlooks. This project is dedicated to installing our next set of hot tubs and revamping the amenities deck, slated for COMPLETION before NOVEMBER 2024. With a budget of $3,000,000, the final result promises to be stunning. Unfortunately, there won't be a hot tub available this summer & fall at FCFP, and construction will occur around 7 am on Mondays, Fridays, and some Saturdays as necessary.
To accommodate for any inconvenience, we are reducing the rent of our penthouse, reflecting the construction activity located three levels down from one of our bedrooms.
