This beautiful 2,450 sqft mountain-side house comfortably sleeps 8 guests. It has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 x king primary, 2 x queen) and 1 x small twin bunk bedroom for kids off the primary. In addition, both the den/office and the rec/media room have a double pull-out sofa, which offers the flexibility to use them as alternative or additional bedrooms. 3 luxurious bathrooms, one on each of the three floors. The main floor with a living room, dining room and kitchen is open and spacious, and is ideal for families and their friends. Gather around the large west coast dining table, or lounge in the living room in front of a crackling wood fire. Relax in the private outside hot tub after a full day of skiing, biking or hiking. Stroll down to Alta Lake and Nita Lake and their many beaches, or get onto the near-by Valley Trail to walk or cycle to Whistler Village or Creekside. This home combines elegance with charm and functionality. It is generously equipped. It is a place that offers everything you could wish for to have a truly enjoyable mountain resort experience, winter and summer alike.

Family Ski Trip

Our Stay in Whistler was fantastic. The house was all that it was advertised to be and more. We are a group that cooks at night and eats in and the kitchen was great for a rental. Everything you need to prepare a nice meal and then some. Being an amateur house enthusiast I found some of the details in the house to be very thoughtful and appreciated the care that went into the home very much. Great place to stay and thank you very much for sharing your home.

We had a good stay while our son competed. Everyone having their own space was important and this property provided that! We have stayed at many VRBO, home rentals at Whistler/Blackcomb and so far we like this one the best!! Thanks from our family to yours!!

Great home!

This place is gorgeous. We stayed with another family. We loved the 3 floor layout. This allowed us all to have space and not be crowded. It’s only like 5 minutes from Creekside and about 10 from Whistler village. The hot tub was fantastic! We loved relaxing in it after a day on the slopes. This place has so many pros! Including the amazing mudroom with a wall heater system for gloves and boots! A really well stocked kitchen and linen closet! Also the luxury soap and shampoo were definitely a treat! The cons: the front door is difficult to navigate. After entering the code you don’t really know which knob to turn or which way. Luckily the neighbors helped us out. Another con is the way the top floor is laid out. The master is on the top floor and through the master is the bunk room and office. To us this felt a little deceiving. Really wish the bunk room had its own door and entry. Because kids were running through the master to get stuff or waking up super early and waking everyone in the office and master. This also allows for zero privacy in the master as there is no bedroom lock and if you’re sharing with others then keep your pants on! The only set up this would work in is if you had toddlers and wanted them right next to you. Just a heads up to others booking this house. The owners were super responsive and great! Overall we had a great stay! We happened to be there during the Arctic storm and this unfortunately made for unbearable temps to ski so we lost a couple ski days but luckily had this awesome house to relax in during those frigid days.

Amazing!

Amazing and beautiful house! A true dream home. Very spacious and comfortable. Not a single issue. House is super close to Creekside ski lot (like 3 min drive) and has everything you need. Beds, pillows, linens are top quality. Hart was an amazing home and I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Host was super accommodating and friendly.

It has all the comforts and a beautiful view, which we loved! The distribution and decoration of the house are very good. Everything in perfect condition. We were 6 and we were comfortable.

We are a family from Vancouver, BC, Canada, the proud owners of this beautiful Whistler mountain retreat. As we are very busy with work, play and serving in the community, we share our home occasionally with other families. We love going up to Whistler whenever we get a chance; at some point in the future we hope to spend most of our spare time in our mountain home.

Why they chose this property

Having stayed at numerous hotels and condo complexes throughout Whistler before, we realized that a house would be ideal for our family to spend quality time together and to feel like being a part of this wonderful mountain resort community. Our home is located in the Nordic Estates neighbourhood at the foot of Whistler Mountain, only minutes away from the ski hills and all amenities. We believe that we have found the perfect property in a perfect spot.

What makes this property unique

This is a stand-alone 3-storey house in a quiet street with no thru-traffic. The charm of a cabin at first, the interior impresses with its warm and elegant design. Large windows and glass doors open up the backside to a private, tree-lined mountain setting. The main floor provides a large open space for socializing and entertaining, ideal for families and their friends. All bedrooms are located on the upper and the lower levels. We love that, while we barbecue on our wrap-around patio, we can hear the little creek gurgle, and while we sit in our private hot tub, we can sometimes spot giant white owls in the trees.
