It is close to the heart of downtown Port Aransas restaurants, shopping and fun. Every effort was made to make this condo family friendly. The layout includes a primary bedroom downstairs featuring a coastal queen sized furniture ensemble with a wall mounted HDTV. Upstairs there is a large Bedroom 2 with 2 twin bunk beds each with a trundle, that will sleeps 6 kiddos. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, it includes a queen bed and wall mounted HDTV. The condo has a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bamboo style wainscoting. Main seating area hosts Spectrum Cable and Wi-Fi. The community features exotic décor, 2 pool areas, a play area for the kids and BBQ area but you must remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. The owner offers a 10% discount to all active military families, firefighters, law enforcement and teachers.
This is a non smoking condo. This is not a golf cart accessible property. This unit has parking for 3 cars. Parking passes are required. Any additional cars will be towed per the HOA STR#382413

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Pets under 40lbs are welcome, 3 pets max. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
