- Notes on accommodation: You will be welcomed at the property by our local agents who will be on hand throughout your stay should you have any problems. They will provide you with the keys and all the clean linen, towels you will need for your stay. There are room heaters in each room and plenty of quilts and blankets for winter stays. For Self Drive guests who have hired cars, our agents meet you at the property. Transfers can be arranged to and from the airports please ask for a quote. Outside: There is a sun terrace outside the front door and a large private roof terrace. Gardens around the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is a cleaning fee of40 Euros per booking which ensures everything is fresh and clean for your arrival. All linen supplied - towels, sheets, duvets, blankets, pillows, tea towels and bath mats. All you need to bring are beach towels! Other: Large private roof top solarium fully equipped with sun loungers table with 4 chairs and sun awning.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately thirty minutes drive.
Airport transfers can be arranged.
Distances:
1 hour drive takes you to Benidorm, 30 minutes to Alicante, Murcia and La Manga. The apartment is ideal whether you have hired a car or not, the buses run from the perimeter of the complex and with connections from the town to all the tourist destinations and if you stay out late taxis are in abundance along the front.
Further Details:
Pueblo Marino is a secure gated urbanisation making it very safe for young children. It is mainly Spanish with a few British, French and German families. Torrevieja is a vibrant town on the coast. The town is built around an esplanade along the coast. It has a very modern shopping centre - Habeneras - which has lots of shops and some you'll recognise as well like Zara and H&M. There are plenty of supermarkets and Spanish, Chinese, Italian, English and Irish restaurants, even Mcdonalds and KFC. There is an indoor bowling alley and amusements. Street market daily and into the evening along the front. There is also one of the largest street markets in Spain held in Torrevieja every Friday, get there early.
There are the 2 big salt lakes which are a national park with walkways all around - these attract a wide variety of birds including flamingos. There are a few Go karting places all just outside Torrevieja itself. We have tried most and leave information in the apartment

I am Mari Jones, We live in Wales with our 2 children and pets. We bought our apartment some years ago now as we enjoy the freedom self catering offers a family. Coming and going as you please. Our first sight of our complex were the pools and it's close proximity to the beaches. This was exactly what we were looking for in a holiday, the pools were some of the nicest we had seen in all the hotels we had stayed in over the years. Our Children are getting older now but I still enjoy going over to the apartment and relish in the peace of the place. I hope you'll enjoy looking at our property.
