- Notes on accommodation: The block has lifts to all floors. The secure, gated development has security and video entrance to the apartment. There is underground parking . Cots and high chairs can be arranged on request. Outside: Lush tropical gardens surround 3 swimming pools, a lily pond and a waterfall. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided around the pools, and there is a large sauna with shower/toilet facilities. Utility Room: Bosch Washer/dryer. Ironing board & Iron. Hot water boiler over ceramic sink. Cleaning equipment/materials provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning arranged at extra cost. Bed linen and towels all inclusive. Meet and Greet is included. Deposit €250 for breakages and €120 charge for late arrival/departure between 22.00 and 08.00 Other: Main entrance leads into a large, private covered terrace, furnished with rattan 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a large coffee table. . The additional balcony has a small planter and 2 sun recliners.

We are friends who jointly bought this apartment even before it was built! Having visited the area many times, we came across this block and instantly put in an offer! 12 years on, our families, friends and other guests have enjoyed staying in the apartment. Carin is an Insurance Broker and Neeta runs a Foundation for young entrepreneurs. We both live and work in London and lead pretty busy lives, so this apartment is a welcome escape for us.

Why Owner chose Nikki Beach
We love the Moorish, terracotta look of this apartment block. The gardens and pools are laid out to offer lots of sunning areas. It's in a quiet and peaceful part of Elviria, yet a few metres from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. It's also easily accessible for Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malaga.
