Bellatrix Apartments. Holiday Home located in a unique Mediterranean style building surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, 1 minute walk from the beach of Portals Nous. The area is residential and quiet, but with all the main services within walking distance!

The building has apartments with a double room with twin beds together (maximum of 2 adults), a sofa bed, living – dining room, complete bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen and private terrace/balcony. For small groups of friends or large families, there is the possibility of requesting two apartments.

We take care of our guests upon check-in, and provide them with all the information they require upon arrival, or we send all the necessary information in advance by e-mail and/or electronic messages. After check-in, we can always be located by phone in case of emergency.

The location of our flats is excellent - the coastal village of Portals Nous is a very quiet area but at the same time very close to the nightlife of the marina of Punta Portals. With a quick connection to the city center of Palma, just 15 minutes by car along the motorway, it offers you all the flexibility you need to organise your holiday in Mallorca with the ingredients you prefer: relax on the beach just a 2 minute walk away, dine in the port by the sea with an infinite variety of gastronomic options, excursions to discover the rest of the island with easy connection from the motorway or shopping and culture in the centre of Palma.

Please take into account that the cala Portals Nous is usually the venue for the town's summer fiestas on the 15th/August bank holiday, with music and food and possible traffic interruptions in the area.

The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment. Bus lines 108 & 123 take you to Santa Ponça and Magalluf in one direction, or to Cala Mayor and Palma in the other. Easiest way from the airport is to take a taxi, which takes around 25 minutes. Parking on the street is free.

Schöner Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Lage Unterkunft ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung, vorallem das Badezimmer könnte eine umfassende Renovierung vertragen, Klimaanlage leider nur im Wohnzimmer, man schläft also im Sommer bei extremer Hitze, sehr schöner Pool, leider nur ein kleiner Schirm vorhanden, sonst keine Beschattung möglich

Wunderschön! Perfekt für die ganze Familie

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön! Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön! Sauber! Schöne und sehr gepflegte Einrichtung! Die Handtücher wurden nach 2 Tagen gewechselt, hab ich noch nie gehabt und finde ich super! Kleine Erstausstattung ist vorhanden (Spülmittel, Klopapier, Seife, Duschgel, Wasser, Kaffee). Das hat uns den ersten Abend gerettet, da wir sehr spät angekommen sind als die Geschäfte bereits geschlossen hatten. Mein Sohn hat den tollen Pool genossen und konnte sich dort austoben. Herr Gabriel ist super nett und erklärt alles ganz wunderbar! Auch bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls der Hammer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Wir können jeder Familie diese schöne Ferienwohnung empfehlen!

Rennradferien

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen in einem wunderbaren, ruhigen Quartier. Nach einer langen Radfahrt ist die lange Treppe sicher nicht das Idealste, aber wer Radfahren kann, kann auch Treppensteigen ;-). Ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber.

The Pinkest Villa

The position of the villa was excellent. In it's own attractive garden with a small pool on the top terrace, and yet only a few hundred yards from a beautiful sandy beach. Portals Nous with it's shops, cafes, and supermarket was only a ten minute walk away. With buses and a taxi rank. The flat itself consisted of a twin bedded room, bath/shower room, sitting/dining area and small kitchen, adequately equipped. Also a small terrace with table, chairs and a sun canopy. Air conditioning was an extra, but completely necessary in the summer months. There was clean, crisp bedding and towels, which were changed once in our ten day stay. We were met on arrival and handed keys with the appartment information. All queries were promptly dealt with, ie. second set of keys; anti mozzie plug. Would highly recommend.

Ideal für 2

Klein aber gut, netter gastgeber, kleines Appartement für 2 Personen ideal, das einzige was ein klein wenig gefehlt hat war ein tv(aber auch kein Muss im Urlaub), Achtung: bis zum Appartement im OG sind es 70 Stufen , dafür fällt man dann aber auch morgens aus dem Bett direkt in den Pool😉😉, wir kommen gern wieder

What makes this property unique

The local flavour of the building and the area, which still maintains the ambience of the traditional "holidaying" areas of the majorcans from Palma, quite hard to find nowadays in the island! The beauty of the Portals Nous Cala in the early morning, when the wáter is a beautiful turquoise blue and perfectly calm. How near it is to the ambience & liveliness of Puerto Portals Marina, while still in a quiet & relaxed environment.
