Hello. My name is George. I am 56, and married with 2 kids, who have now left home :(
We live in West Wales, and own a Pub in a beautiful village.
We bought the Villa as a new build, and use it once a year for our family holiday, and rent it out for the rest of the time.

There are alot of villas in this area that look the same. We chose ours because it was on the edge of the development. This gives it open views to the seas horizon. It is also the biggest plot, so it has land around it giving it space to add privacy. The wall next to our neighbours we have raised so you have complete privacy and peace. We have fitted the villa as we would want it, so super comfy beds, modern twist, with built in BBQ, extended patio, and extensively landscaped garden.
You can walk along the rocky coastal path which is 5 minute walk away. It is very quiet, but not far from the restaurants, bars and shop at Faro Park, which is also only 5 minutes on foot.
The Restaurants at Faro Park are really good. There is a great Italian, a Spanish Restaurant, an excellent Indian, a British style Pub, two Cafes that open for Breakfast and also bake cakes and bread. Also a highly acclaimed Chef, reputed to be the best on the Island has also opened a Restaurant called Coentro. It is 4th on Trip Advisor in Playa Blanca. We are very lucky to have all this in walking distance.
If you want to get in to Playa Blanca the taxi service is fantastic and only about 5 euros to get in to town if you don't want to drive.

Peace and quiet, privacy, open views. Space. Coast. Comfort. Everything has been done properly. No cheap nasty furniture or crockery. Tried to make everything perfect.
