Historic 12th Century Chateau de Boussagues, Unique Self-Contained Apartment

This is a unique opportunity to stay in a medieval castle. The 12th century Chateau dominates the village of Boussagues. It is extremely spacious and comfortable (1200 sq feet) with a wonderful atmosphere. There is a master bedroom with a 12th century vaulted ceiling & a large 16th century fireplace and floor, there are French doors onto the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom is slightly smaller with exposed stone walls and 12th century flagstone floor. Between the bedrooms there is a modern shower-room, with hydrocabinet and WC, retaining original flagstones. The sitting room was the Great Hall, it has exposed stone walls, original flagstone floor and fireplace with a coat of arms from the 16th century above, it is furnished with antique furniture. There is also a large kitchen, with beamed ceiling and all modern appliances It has French doors onto the courtyard. Outside is the courtyard with BBQ and eating area.
