Recently refurbished, beautiful 3 bedroom villa situated in the centre of the golf course, with largest private pool on golf course 12m x 8m and water flume slide and separate Baby Pool. 15 mins walk to the beach, commercial centre which hosts numerous shops, bars and restaurants. 15 min drive from the airport and 5 min drive from Caleta de Fuste town centre. The facilities of the Golf Course and 5 star hotel are on your doorstep. 37" LCD TV. English Channels. Dishwasher. There is a Safe and Hair Dryer.

What makes this property unique
Our Water Flume is an added extra, the small and adult kids love it. We are only a 5 - 10 min walk to the nearest beach and Super Market. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Town Centre along the beach side Promenade. We have optional Air Con and Pool Heating. The WIFI is free.
