Villa Pardigon with large pool & private gardens - 300m easy WALK to the beach!

This spacious and well equipped Villa is situated within its own private and secluded grounds of over 1.1 Acres (5,200m2) with lawns and woodland - yet is only approximately 300 metres from the sea (5 or 6 mins walk) in a sought-after location between La Croix Valmer and Cavalaire, 20 minutes west of St Tropez via the quiet road past Ramatuelle.

The villa is south-facing, extremely spacious with 200m2 of living space and has a beautiful 'mosaic' swimming pool (heating optional) of 10m x 5m situated close to the house, surrounded by terraces. Secure electric gate with ample parking for several cars. Mains water, electricity & central heating.

All main rooms open on to the terraces and pool area and there is also a superb covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with table and BBQ. Inside, the property is very light and airy with large windows and open-plan sitting room & dining room with a 10 seater dining table opening to the terraces. Fully fitted kitchen, 5 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 1 main bathroom.. Air con is in all bedrooms.

The reasons why we bought our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer :

When we were looking to buy our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer 20 years ago, we had a few points on our wish list.

Firstly, with young and growing kids, we wanted to be a short & very easy walk from the beach and beach restaurants, so we could pop down to the beach and back to the villa with ease. It was also important that we could walk into the town for restaurants, bars and shops and also have a wide varieties of activities, villages, towns and attractions to visit within a short walk or drive. Our villa was able to tick all the boxes.

Our villa with large garden space, offers great privacy and we believe the location is perfect for family and friends to spend time in the beautiful Cote D'Azur.

Lovely villa minutes from the sea

A group of 10 of us had a lovely week here. The villa is just over 5 minutes walk from Pardigon beach - a fantastic uncrowded beach with beautiful sand. Cavalaire is 20 minutes walk away. We also had trips to St Tropez and Gassin. .

Heerlijke villa voorzien van alle gemakken, in een oase van rust en op loopafstand van strand.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Met een lange oprijlaan ligt dit huis heel rustig en omgeven door groen. Als er geen begroeiing was denk ik dat je zeezicht zou hebben. Je loopt zo naar het strand. En met een kort autoritje heb je alle voorzieningen: restaurantjes, winkels, supermarkt en watersport, binnen een paar minuten bereikt.

Die Villa ist einfach aber sauber eingerichtet. Der Wohn/Essbereich ist sehr groß. Wir haben ihn aber nie benutzt, da es draussen unter einer Pergula einen grossen runden Tisch gibt mit einem grossen Grill. Es gibt 5 Zimmer, 2 mit einem Doppelbet und 3 Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett hat ein eigenes Bad und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Schönste ist die Lage mit einem grosssen Pool, vielen Liegen und 4 Sonnenschirmen. Man hat nur einen kurzen Weg die Strasse runter zum Meer. Es lohnt sich die Fahrräder mitzubringen. Überall sind tolle Fahrradwege. Bis in den Ort ist es zu Fuß ca 15 -20 Minuten. Ein Bäcker und Einkaufsladen ist 3min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Der Sandstrand ist sehr lang, nicht breit und mit vielen Restaurants. Man kann sich am Strand Liegestühle und Schirm mieten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Maison très agréable de plein pied située dans un grand jardin, proche de la plage à pied. Très belle piscine, agréable salle à manger d'été extérieure. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Villa parfaite pour un format familiale. Spacieuse et bien placée.

L'emplacement est super : dans la verdure et à 5 minutes de la plage. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont très grands et bien distribués (un espace chill-piscine, un espace vie et une zone nuit). Points d'amélioration : tout le matériel est vieillissant (matelas-transats, ustensiles de cuisine, bbq, lumière et joints de piscine, portail...). Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Plus que passable bcp trop chère pour peux de confort

Lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas ,pas de wifi,les accessoire de piscine plus usager, l ensemble des sanitaires hublot de piscine déboîter s’en eclairage fuit 15 jours surplace. La seul réponse des propriétaires parler si vous n été pas content j’ai régler 8000euros et aucun sévices une arnaque totale j espère avoir un geste commercial et que Abritel agisse vite merci

Grande maison familiale

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette grande maison implantée dans un grand parc luxuriant. Il faut juste noter le manque de matériel ménager, surtout quand nous sommes si nombreux. D'autre part, sur nos 2 semaines de séjour, nous avons dû quitter le jardin et la piscine car le jardinier (en l'occurrence fort sympathique) est venu les vendredis après-midi faire l'entretien de la propriété, n'aurait-il pas pu venir le jour de l'arrivée et le jour du départ?

Great Location, Beautiful Villa

We stayed here last year as a family of 7 adults and 2 children and had the most lovely week. It is a beautiful, spacious villa, in very secluded grounds, gated off from the road and only a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The bbq area is perfect and we spent many nights there next to the pool, in easy reach of the town by car, and a small supermarket a few minutes drive away. I would go back in a second.

It was the wow factor that made us buy this villa. This place is great. Very private with plenty of space both inside and outside, its own pool, yet within a very short walk you can be at the beach and town! Ticks many boxes for a perfect family holiday.

What makes this property unique

Villa Pardigon offers bags of space both inside and outside. The garden, outside eating area and pool are superb. The position of the villa is quite unique. Most of the larger villas are situated much further away from the beach. From our villa it is a short walk and you are at the Med!
