It is very close to the sea, with a beautiful sea view and about 10 minutes walk to Moraira town centre or 3 minutes by car. It is about an hours drive from Alicante.

Perfect week!

We had a perfect week. Ray and Barry are perfect hosts. Nice welcome suprise. And the house is lovely, location is top. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for a relaxing break

Delightful property in a very quiet location with views out to sea. A really nice pool which is surprisingly big for a two-bedroom villa. There are several restaurants five minutes walk away but the centre of Moraira is a pleasant 20-minute walk. The owners Ray and Barry both made a point of calling in to check that we were happy with everything, which was much appreciated.

Beautiful villa for a relaxing break

This villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday for two. Clean and comfortable with thoughtful and attractive finishing touches including two bright, modern shower rooms and a compact, modern kitchen. It is in a great location for us - a comfortable walk to numerous bars and restaurants, but in a lovely quiet location. The walk up the hill on the way home helps to shift a few of the calories from dinner! Thanks Ray & Barry for another great stay. We’ll be booking again for next year.

Tesoro Pequeno

The property was a good size and comfortable with a great pool in a great location. Short 15 min walk to town lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Lovely views from terrace. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to modern standards. You have to change your own bed linen after a week and strip them on departure- not what I expected. Pool area over looked - not shown in photos. No cleaning during 2 week stay - pool cleaned after mentioning it going green on the floor. All in all it was okay but could have been better.

Pure Perfection

We have just spend 3 wonderful weeks in the pure perfection that is Tesoro Pequeño. From the moment we stepped inside the door we knew it would be very hard to leave. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with style and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Light streams into the bright and airy living areas and the roomy terrace has views to the sea. The pool is amazing and much larger than expected and it was hard to drag ourselves away from the poolside sun loungers and the lovely garden. The location of the villa is ideal; only a few minutes walk away from the sea, bars and restaurants and Moraira Town is a pleasant 15 min stroll away. What really made our holiday complete were the hosts, Barry and Ray, who were absolute stars. Always on hand to answer any questions, gave great advice and suggestions and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for letting us live in your bit of heaven for a few weeks; already counting down the days to the next time.

Fantastic villa in a brilliant location

Wow! What can we say about this villa.... well, as soon as we arrived and before going inside, we took a little peak around the back and discovered the most amazing outside space! A fantastic large pool, high quality sun loungers and parasols and a lovely sea view. When we went inside, we were delighted to find that the villa is as spacious and beautifully decorated as we had hoped from the photos. Very clean throughout with two large modern shower rooms and a really well equipped, brand new kitchen. The beds were comfortable with lovely, fresh, good quality linen. We must say we felt completely at home from the start of our holiday. Ray and Barry were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and popped in a couple of times to check that everything was ok. We really appreciated the personalised arrival note and the very generous welcome pack. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. And finally, I do have to mention the location of the villa which we feel is one of its main advantages. It is literally a few minutes walk from a great selection of local restaurants and a small beach and also an easy 20 minute walk into Moraira with stunning sea views along the way. There are a few local shops such as a bakery and newsagent within a 10 minute walk and the wonderful Pepe la Sal supermarket is a 2 minute drive. Indeed, we loved the villa so much we have joined many of the other reviewers in booking again for 2019! Thanks again for a brilliant holiday and we’ll see you next year!

Tolle Lage und toller Blick

Die Villa ist für unsere Belange sehr gut und schön gelegen - viele nette Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Schöner großer Aussenbereich und toller Meerblick vom Frühstückstisch. Wir waren über Weihnachten/Silvester da und konnten die Villa auch bei nächtlich teilweise sehr kühlen Aussentemperaturen gut wärmen und heizen mit den vorhandenen Klimageräten. Für die Bäder wäre eine alternative Heizmethode wünschenswert (lediglich Handtuchheizkörper vorhanden) ebenso wie der Einbau einer Entlüftung, da es teilweise nach Kanal roch. Weiter würden wir empfehlen, ein grösseres Bett für das Hauptschlafzimmer anzuschaffen, da dieses doch sehr schmal ist für zwei große erwachsene Personen. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne und sehr ruhige Wohngegend.

Nous avons apprécié le pack de Bienvenue, le fait de pouvoir se rendre à pied au village. La partie extérieure de la maison, côté piscine est agréable.

Really happy with the villa, great location but you will definitely need a car just to go to the supermarket if for nothing else. Its a good 15 min walk to moraira town along the seafront but there are afew good restaurants and bars nearby if you don't fancy the walk every night. Fab communication with ray before we arrived, he told us we could check in early which was good news because we landed afew hours before the offical check in time. Met both Barry and Ray and they were only a phone call away if there were any problems. Pool area was good and they provided towels for sun loungers so saves you packing your own. Air con in the bedrooms was good but in the living area i felt it could've of done with another air con unit where the dining table was, didnt seem to stay as cool for as long as the bedrooms did. Also the ensuite bathroom would benefit from a black out blind on the door. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely re-book

Fantastic villa!

We had a wonderful week at this fantastic villa. The pictures really don't do it justice. The facilities were fantastic with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool (although pretty chilly at this time of year so wetsuits were worn!) The location was great with some lovely bars & restaurants nearby and only a short stroll into Moraira. Ray & Barry were so helpful and communication was fantastic. We'd love to come and stay again!

Besser geht es kaum

Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem hübschen Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Aussicht lässt einen morgens schon entspannt in die Ferne schauen. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Probleme, falls vorhanden werden sofort gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Tolle Lage in Moraira, mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer

Die Lage ist super, Meeresblick vom Esstisch und Pool. Leider hat das Haus keine Heizung, für Winter nicht so geeignet. Das Wohn/Esszimmer ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nicht 5 Sterne, da kann man was an der Möblierung machen.

Little Treasure is a little gem!

Vacaciones perfectas

Han sido 10 días estupendos. La casa está perfectamente acondicionada, es muy cómoda y bonita. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la zona de exterior. En cuanto a la ubicación es una zona tranquila, para poder descansar, pero cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda, si regresamos a la zona, volveremos a esta casa.
