Great Views blocked by Dirty Windows

We have stayed in a similar suite before that was a few floors down. So great location / hotel! This suite has far better views of the ocean on both sides that cannot be beat. Unfortunately the windows and balcony rails were SO dirty that you could not really see out from the inside. In addition we found hairs in several locations in the bathroom and dishes in the dishwasher. Given the price point I had to bump this down to three stars.
