Villa With private heated pool and sea views

Casa Joja is a pretty end of terrace Luz bay home and is ideal for a family group of 5. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Luz Village and is only a few minutes walk form the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The swimming pool can be heated if required (additional cost to be agreed). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and large bathroom, while the middle blue room has twin beds. The third smaller bedroom also has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. A safe with code can also be utilised. .The stairs leading up to the large sitting area has a stair gate in situ, the dining area can seat up to 8 people (extendable table) . The house benefits from a large modern well equipped kitchen and open living area leading on to outside terrace with large table and seating and beautiful views over Luz beach. High speed internet is available in the villa.

This place is perfect! So homely, clean, 2 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Such a clean and homely place with nice touches such as games and books and tasteful plants and photos on the wall. Nice towels, bedding, all bedrooms were a good size with lots of storage. Large kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful views, not overlooked at all so private and peaceful - we had the best time and didn't want to leave!
Such a beautiful sea view - even at night you could see the moon reflected in the sea.
The pool was clean and cool, perfect for relaxing in.
Such a beautiful villa in the perfect location.

We had a great time in the villa. Good sized rooms / beds / pool. Excellent location, so close to the beach and also to the bus route if looking to travel. Shops also close by.

A wonderful Summer getaway

Perfectly located villa for a family holiday - the pool is amazing, the house offers everything we could need and is only a short walk away from the beach. Absolutely wonderful!

Pleasant, well-equipped holiday rental in an excellent location. DVD player was out of action and the patio leading to the pool had issues but otherwise no complaints.

The Villa was a great find, great facilities and close to the beach and town. 5 mins walk from supermarket with everything else on ypur doorstep. We had a party of 3 so ample space as it can sleep up to 6 people. Airport is about 90kms away which is about an hour travelling time. The whole experience was easy too with thorough instructions to check in. Would thoroughly recommend.

Can’t beat the location. Just minutes to beach, grocery and several restaurants. We had an issue with the grill which was replaced within 24 hours! Thanks, we’ll be back for sure!

Superb family holiday

Efficient extremely helpful manager and owner and maid. Location is fabulous, close to the sea with a relaxing and inviting sea view. Quiet area, well resourced villa with comfortable beds. Door blinds keep rooms cool but also dark during the evening. We all adored the well maintained pool, particularly during the heat wave.

Location! Location! Location!

Villa Joja is quietly situated but amazingly only 5 minutes walk from everything that Praia da Luz has to offer. It was our first visit and we thoroughly appreciated the variety and quality of local bars and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace which has lovely sea views. It was an exceptionally relaxing and stress-free holiday. Thank you James and Janet

Great villa

Lovely villa in a great location, stayed in Luz many times. Quiet area and lovely to have the pool. A few things could be updated in the villa, toilet seat especially. The only real complaint was the bed in the master room, one of the most uncomfortable things we have slept in, definitely needs changing.

Amazing Villa in amazing location

We had a fabulous week at the villa - family of 5. It is spacious and well equiped and very comfortable. It has an amazing view of the sea from the terrace which is not obvious from the photos - we arrived at night and when we opened the shutters in the morning we were amazed. Location could not be better, a quite neighbourhood but right by great restaurants, the supermarket and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Couldn't recommend more.

To make it short: A lovely house, a warm pool, a great surrounding with view to the sea. Hot water was off ion a sunday. James came after 10 minutes and fixed it. Our children loved the 2 levels. Like us :-))

A wonderful dose of sand, sea and sunshine.

A short stroll from a lovely beach that was perfect for our granddaughters, aged 2 & 4. Delightful accommodation, fantastic early October weather (26C and sunshine every day), good village atmosphere and restaurants. Found the directions on how to get there confusing - just find Baptista Supermarket (easy with the SatNav) and it is 2 minutes walk away. Problems with the washing machine were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks for a relaxing and refreshing holiday.

Best villa

Having stayed in Luz numerous times, I have to say that this was the best villa for location and space that we have stayed in. 4 stars for accuracy of the villa in the pictures because it is much nicer in real life. Definitely follow the instructions on the site to find the villa- google maps sent us in the wrong direction. Villa was spotless and the pool was great fun (definitely get it heated if you’re going at this time of year). Literally only a five minute walk to the front (and that’s with me on a crutch and having to walk slowly). Thank you so much for having us!

Perfect location

Having stayed in Luz previously this has to be in the best location yet. We stayed as a family of 4 which included our 2 young children aged 6 and 8. The fact that we could walk to the beach/restaurants/supermarkets without any complaints from the little ones was a god send. The villa itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay. One thing that did become very apparent when we arrived was that the photographs do not do this place justice! It’s much bigger and brighter than the photos lead to you believe. Communication with the villa owners was fantastic and they were incredibly helpful, I would not hesitate to return to Casa Joja!

Excellent Property

This is a beautiful property located just a very short walk to the beach and the quaint town of Luz.....with all the comforts of home...awesome views. Janet and Dave were helpful in setting up Wi-Fi for us...thank you. The only suggestion would be getting a new bbq...for those sun set dinners on the upper deck!..would be nice. Luz getaway

We really enjoyed the cleaning lady service as We didn’t realize we had that. The patio chairs were okay but could be replaced. We enjoyed the pool and used the cover to keep the water warm. The location was beautiful and we all had a great time. Neither transport company could find our guests returning to Faro. Jane arranged for our families pickup and they were 45 min late as they couldn’t find the property. Just letting you know for future guests.
