Apartment Beatrice is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a great area just 50m to the town centre and 200m from Copacabana beach which is the best beach on Čiovo with its small pebbles and a fun atmosphere with its bars and restaurants and water sports. The apartment is located 4km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment comprises a large open plan living dining kitchen room that opens onto a large dining terrace. Sleeping is on one double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 beds and a sofabed in the living room.

The village of Okrug Gornji offers all you need on a summer holiday - shops, restaurants, post office, ambulance, boat and jet ski renting and sea excursions. On the main Okrug beach there are 15 cafe bars with friendly surroundings and evening parties every couple of days.

The apartment is located 4 km from Trogir, the beautiful and historic UNESCO walled city with almost 3000 years old history and beautiful roman architecture with many museums & churches, and restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.

There is a public city parking which is less than 5 mins on foot from the apartment - the price is 375 kn (50 Euro) for weekly ticket. Otherwise parking is elsewhere on the streets.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is 7km away and access to the island is by bridge. Please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

mooie ruime appartement op een geweldige locatie!

De woning was groot, compleet en staat op een goede locatie. Je zit op korte afstand van het strand, vlakbij een aantal restaurants en voor de boodschappen is er een grote en kleine supermarkt, een apotheek, een slager en een bakker letterlijk om de hoek. Ook is er nog een kleine kiosk die ook veel spullen verkoopt. Het balkon is zeer groot en het uitzicht is ook prachtig. Dit appartement is een aanrader!

Sehr schöner Ort für Familien, Unterkunft okay

Der Badeort ist sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern und Teenagern Es wird jede Menge Wasserspaß geboten, die Strände sind mit feinen Kieselsteinen und flach abfallend. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Badebedarf, Apotheke, alles in der Nähe. Nahe bei Trogir mit wunderschöner Altstadt. Das Apartment ist ok. Es ist sehr sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten müssten mal ersetzt werden. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon wäre wunderschön, würde er nicht von 2 Bauruinen deutlich getrübt. Die Lüftung im Bad knattert wie ein Panzer. Zum Grillen ist nur ein kleiner Elektrogrill vorhanden. Leider war auch keinerlei Beschreibung vorhanden, was mit dem Müll zu tun ist etc. Wir mussten alles in der Agentur erfragen. Sehr schwierig war das Parken am Haus. Mit einem Van ist es leider nicht möglich, die kurzen Parkplätze vor dem Haus zu nutzen. Das Restaurant direkt gegenüber hat uns freundlicherweise gestattet, deren Parkplatz zu nutzen. Schwierig ist auch der Weg zum Strand, wohin nur eine sehr enge und viel befahrene Straße bergab ohne Gehweg führt. In Deutschland wäre das unmöglich, da viel zu gefährlich. Einen Negativpunkt erhält auch die schlüsselübergabe. Dafür muss man bei An- und Abreise extra nach Trogir fahren, ebenfalls auf sehr enger Straße. Hier steht man oft im Stau, v.a. samstags, typischer Anreisetag. Das Büro ist zudem nicht gut beschildert. Daher kriegt die Unterkunft selbst als Bewertung ein OKAY, der Ort selbst hingegen ist sehr schön 😍 Wir haben das Apartment zu sechst bezogen, was okay war.

Lækker lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Veludstyret lejlighed med flot udsigt over havet. Dejlig altan med god plads. God beliggenhed i gåafstand til stranden og tæt på indkøb mv.

Fin ferieleilighet

Fin og godt utstyrt leilighet. Veldig fin beliggenhet med tanke på dagligvarebutikk og atm 2 min gange samt stranda som ligger 300 m fra leiligheta. Sykkelutleie rett over gata, turistkontor 50 meter unna. Båt som går til Trogir lå også kun 300 m fra leiligheta. Eneste minus med leiligheta er at det kunne ha vært en vifte på det ene soverommet. Hilsen 3 venninner på tur

FEWO mit Einschränkungen o.k.

Der Wohnbereich ist ok, Schlafzimmer sehr klein für 2 Personen jedoch war sie groß genug. Schön ist der große Balkon. Einen reservierten Parkplatz gibt es jedoch nicht ! Jeden Abend das gleiche Problem, Parkplätze besetzt und andere Parkplätze gibt es nicht, es sei denn, gebührenpflichtige (60 Kuna pro Tag)! Ein anderes Problem in der FEWO ist der unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer, konnte auch nicht abgestellt werden.

Wunderbarer Ausblick zum Meer

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet,nur die Schlafzimmer waren.sehr klein,für 6 Personen wäre es nicht geeignet maximal 4. Den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten.
