Situated just 10 minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and golf courses ( uphill on the way back)‘Casa Alta’ is in a secluded and private location. Behind high walls, the pool, garden areas and various terraces offer total privacy with both sun and shaded seating and dining areas. The spacious villa has a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with 4 double bedrooms – 3 en-suite and with additional bathroom and cloakroom. The pool area is totally private and is provided with sun beds. The villa offers superb panoramic sea and mountain views. Whether it is golf (3 courses close by), fishing, bowling, tennis, walking in the beautiful mountains or watersports that take your fancy; or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach soaking up the sun, you will find it all and more in and around Mojacar.

Casa Alta has been our holiday home for over 25 years. Now we are semi-retired we love spending more time here and our children and grandchildren enjoy joining us and are finding lots to do in this beautiful area. We have improved our villa over the years to make it a comfortable home from home. What do we like especially? the location of our villa- being totally private and at the same time in walking distance of the long sandy beach, nice bars and restaurants- and of cause the amazing view. We hope that you will enjoy your stay at our villa as much as we do.
