An exclusive villa with breath-taking sea views set on a characterful secluded beach. You simply cannot get a better location on the whole of Rhodes Island. Villa Cap Jano is a truly beautiful villa that is uniquely spacious set on 4,000 square meters of land ensuring full privacy and tranquility. The villa is a 10 meters walk to the beach from the gate and overlooks the sea. Everything about this villa is well thought-out for the ultimate Greek Island holiday with family and friends.
Please don't book this villa if you are coming here for a wedding or private parties as we are very strict about keeping the house in order and avoiding crazy stuff.

As you enter the terracotta walled property, you are greeted by beautiful citrus trees and olive trees that make you feel like you are on a tranquil farm at the sea. You arrive at a hand-made spacious stone shaded parking area where you get your first glimpse of how close the sea is. As you enter the front door to this double-story villa, you instantly feel at home with an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with massive sliding doors that open up onto a sprawling terrace, garden and infinity pool.

The large infinity pool has 180 degree views of the sea and surrounding bay and is perfect for sipping on a cocktail and admiring the sea. The pool terrace has ample shade to relax on a sun lounger and read your book and is equipped with an outdoor shower to freshen-up. The best part is it's only a 10 meters walk to the beach from your gate.

There is a landscaped garden, a well-equipped BBQ area with comfy loungers sprawled across the terrace with a generous space for alfresco dining.

Villa Cap Jano contains 4 large bedrooms where guests can enjoy endless sea views from the balcony of each room. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with spacious fitted wardrobes and A/C. Two of the rooms are en-suite. Three of the rooms have double beds and one room has two single beds that can also be pushed together.

A private villa tucked away from the hustle and bustle that provides serenity, yet an easy walking distance to Pefkos main beach and the main street of Pefkos where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a bakery and pharmacy. Only 10 minutes by car from St Paul's Bay and Lindos village and Acropolis - the main attraction on the Island of Rhodes.

Everything about this villa eludes Grecian dream holiday creating an atmosphere of calm and serenity. You can quite easily spend your entire holiday lying by the pool overlooking the sea.
This villa accommodates maximum and strictly up to 8 guests including children or babies.

Wonderful Villa

The sea views, proximity to a quiet (almost) private beach, the pool, the beds were all fantastic. The house is in an amazing location. If you are looking to stay somewhere that feels exclusive and away from the crowds of both Pefkos Beach and Lindos Town this is the place. Good local restaurants a 5 min walk, supermarket too. Just a lovely restful week in a beautiful house. Thank goodness for the great AC too, it was a hot week but we all slept brilliantly. Rented a car and moped and had dinner in St Paul’s Bay and Lindos but mostly the great restaurants in Pefkos were an easy choice.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We loved it stay in this villa at the end of July. There is plenty of space inside and out. The pool is lovely with great views over the bay, so we spent most of the week sitting around this. We also had some great swims and snorkeling in the sea, enjoying the direct access to the beach. The villa was lovely and clean inside and we were thankful of the air-conditioning throughout as it was 38C when we arrived. The ABC supermarket was only ten minutes walk and they said they would deliver, though we just visited daily. Plenty of nice restaurants very close buy as well. Jano was there to welcome is, and also put us in touch with a great private hire company who did our transfers to and from the airport, dropping us in Rhodes Old Town for the afternoon on our return and then taking us to the airport.We visited the acropolis, which is less than four miles away. Get there before 09:00 when all the coaches arrive. We were lucky that there was a taxi waiting at the local taxi rank at 07:45, so we were in very early, but coming out at 09:15 was a challenge with all the coach parties arriving.

The villa is superb. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is clean, spacious, all the rooms have excellent air conditioning, including downstairs. The infinity pool is exceptional . Perfect temperature , large and with many sun beds . Towels, including pool towels and beach towels are provided . A few steps away from a gorgeous quiet beach. Ask how to cut across the field and a 3 min walk takes you to a large beach with sun beds and parasols and fantastic restaurants!! The location is perfect . There is also a separate room which has it’s own entrance, kitchen and bathroom attached to the villa. The kitchen in the villa is very large with every utensil you could possibly need and we had lots of bbq meals sat in the outside eating area. I wish we had stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week was not enough. Book and enjoy, you won’t regret it and as everybody has said, the owners are really , really nice and helpful. They organised an amazing day out for all my family for a very special birthday and booked it, checked everything was ready for the day and Captain Jano’s good friend Nico is the taxi driver ( who gave us homemade olive oil and homemade jam)! We miss it already and only got back yesterday !

Amazing Location

Had a fabulous holiday. The villa is very spacious with everything you could need and more. The views are absolutely stunning. A perfect location for a peaceful holiday yet only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. We loved it and Jano is a wonderful host. We hope to come back again soon x

What an awesome place Villa Cap Jano is. The property and setting is unbelievable. It draws you in, relaxes you and keeps you happy. You wish you could stay longer but you have a flight to catch. The villa lives up to its photos. First time in pefkos and it didn’t disappoint. Ideally placed for a short walk to beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Loved the little quiet beach a few steps from the villa. Jano was the best host and we were lucky to have a trip on his boat. See you in 2024 😎

Wow, what a Villa and location ! Absolutely everything that our family of 6 (Adults) could have wished for. The view across the garden and infinity pool to the sea and distant hills is one not to be forgotten, even more so in the evenings with the beautiful sunsets. Then you have so many lovely restaurants, the taxi rank (for easy access into Lindos/Lardos) and food shops all within a 5-10min walk. Jano was such a wonderful host both in the run up to our visit & during our stay. The trip in his boat was one of our main highlights of the week. Thank you Captain, it was all truly amazing and we highly recommend your Villa Cap Jano to all checking out your property.

Stunning property & location.....

We believe this is the best villa in Pefkos, & definitely with the best views......we will never forget those! The outside space is exceptional & the infinity pool completes the wow factor! Janneau is such a lovely guy & clearly concerned for our welfare during what was a devastating time for the island. The villa is well appointed & very spacious with everything you might need for a perfect holiday.....you won't be disappointed. Beautiful villa with stunning views!

The villa was everything and more for our family to enjoy with ample space inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that we could have needed.. Having fly screens on all windows and doorsc meant we could have them open without the worry of midges coming in. All rooms overlooked the infinity pool and sea which was stunning and only a few steps away . The villa is well situated with only a 5 - 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We had the most wonderful time and highly reccomend Villa Cap Jano.

Outstanding Villa with stunning Sea views.

The villa is truly outstanding and the views are just stunning . Watching the sunset was glorious. The villa is like home from home and Jano was the most attentive host, our son needed a Dr for ear ache and after a call to Jano we had a Dr on the doorstep within the hour . Our two week stay was perfect we had many days at the villa enjoying the fantastic pool. Just a few steps out of the gate and you are in the sea . The Villa is situated in a quiet area although Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars are all within a 2-3 minute walking distance.. We will definitely be back 😆 5/5.

Beautiful villa & location. Amazing views.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2022. Villa and views were amazing. The pictures can’t do the views justice. Villa is in a perfect location with direct access to a quiet sandy/rocky cove which was great for swimming and snorkelling and at most had a handful of people on the beach as it is only really accessible to the villa & to the beach apartments next door . The main beach is just a short walk where there are tavernas (Flyers, the closest, was the most friendly) and kayaks etc for hire. We were a family of 4 with teenagers who brought friends. Location was perfect as the villa is in a very quiet part of the village but there are enough tavernas , bars, shops in the village for the teenagers to explore and options for going out. Go karting & water sports at Lardos just a short drive away. Jeannot was the perfect host and regularly checked all was ok. Will definitely go back

Fabulous villa in unbelievable location

This villa will blow your mind. The house itself sits in an enormous and totally private plot of beautifully landscaped gardens - cactus, lime trees and bougainvilia and plenty of spots to enjoy a quiet hour or two. Then the pool. Large enough for a good swim, the infinity pool looks out onto a gorgeous bay and the warm Aegean Sea is only 30 seconds from your private gate. On a busy day, you might share the small stony beach with 4 other people from the apartments next door, but for the most part it’s deserted. Great for snorkeling and paddle boarding - the rental shop is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Back to the pool, with plenty of sunbeds, a huge shady pergola and a small lawn for ball games. The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, traditional yet modern, spacious and well equipped, our host Jano has considered all those details which make your holiday really comfortable. Fly screens, electric shutters, air con and balconies in the bedrooms, big kitchen and plenty of seating areas. Also a friendly cat. The location is great. So quiet, yet just a short walk from the main Pefkos strip. With our four older kids this was great for them to pop out for lunch, ice creams and cocktails. Pefkos is a lively town full of bars and restaurants - we used abcsupermarket for an online shop which was delivered by the time we arrived - a cold beer straight from the fridge! There are numerous supermarkets with a butcher and fishmonger down the road in Lardos. We preferred the nightlife in Lindos and ate at Kalypso, Acree and Mavrikos with good cocktails at Antika bar. Late Taxi from Lindos cost €10. We had a lovely, chilled and good value lunch at Haraki Bay hotel , 20 mins up the coast. Finally our host Jano was an absolute gem throughout the whole process from booking to boat trip, which was the holiday highlight. I recommend this villa 100% and will be re-booking as soon as we can.

This was the perfect spot for our family holiday. Jano was so gracious and helpful. The villa had everything we needed, and lots of space to be together or have some quiet time alone. We swam in the pool and the ocean, took day trips a couple of times, and enjoyed dinners out in Pefkos when we weren’t cooking at home in the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay at the lovely Villa Cap Jano again.

Wonderful property, one of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. Lovely infinity pool and outside area with lots of different seating areas, including outside sofas in the sun or in the shade.Also, Jano very kindly fixed up for us to go out on his boat with him for a couple of hours down the coast past Lindos to see the sights from the sea and a beautiful swim in stunning waters.We would highly recommend this villa, thank you Jano!

Fantastic location

We chose this amazing villa for its location and we were not disappointed, the owners were there to greet us after a long 5 hours delay so no stress in finding keys etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. The outside pool area is so beautiful and this is where we spent most of our time and didn’t take enough advantage of the little cove which is a stone’s throw away from the property. We walked into the main area of Pefkos for our first evening where there are many restaurants but our favourite restaurant is the one closest to the villa (3 minutes walk) called Flyers. The information pack was also very useful, we used the taxi service to go into Lindos. So to sum up my review…Location fantastic, Villa beautiful and Jano was the perfect host which made for a very stress free holiday, our only complaint is that a week was not long enough, we will have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Beautiful Villa with everything we needed in ideal location

Jano's villa is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need plus lots of space inside and out. We were a little unfortunate with the weather, 2 days of a strong westerly wind meant the pool was a no go but a 5 min walk to the beach (more sheltered from westerly) and we used one of the hotel pools. Jano could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

What a fantastic villa! Right on the water with a beautiful pool. Very quiet neighborhood yet only a few minutes away from Lindos and magical St Paul’s Bay. The owner is very hospitable and great to interact with. We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer than just a week.

Beautiful setting.

The villa is in a beautiful setting, with fantastic views and close to shops and restaurants. Jano was wonderful. He took us out on his boat and showed us some of the sights. We would definitely return.

The perfect villa for our family holiday

We have been staying in villas for our family holidays for the last 20 years - this was the best! The view over the sea watching the sunset is quite simply priceless. The property is in a quiet location, not overlooked by any other buildings, but within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and mini supermarket. You can easily catch a bus from the centre of Pefkos to Rhodes Town and Lindos if you want to do a day trip. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean, with everything you would want when you first arrive. To top it all, Jano is an amazing host - Thank you for making us feel so welcome! We would 100% recommend Cap Jano for the perfect holiday.

Relaxing Heaven!

My family & I (6 adults & 2 children) have just returned from our 2 week stay in Villa Cap Jano, & what a glorious 2 weeks it was! Jano & his wife Deborah, the owners, waited to meet us upon arrival, even thou our flight was delayed, & we certainly were ready for the cool drinks that were left in the fridge for us! The views are just stunning & the infinity pool and gardens so pretty! The sunsets are to die for & so relaxing to sit and watch with a glass of something good! The villa itself was very clean from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we could need. The bathrooms supplied with towels etc. Bedrooms, all air conditioned, so cool and very clean. The pool even had a few toys (lilo, large sit on unicorn) which my grandchildren appreciated a lot! Even thou we did also bring our own. Pool & beach towels were also supplied. The location of the villa itself is perfect, as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Jano was always available to reach if we had any questions & he was so kind to offer us a trip out on his boat, which was a very pleasurable experience. Jano is a lovely & knowledgable man & we very much enjoyed listening to his conversations. We had maid/cleaning service once during our stay. Overall we all had a great 2 weeks in Villla Jano. Just to point out there is no a/c downstairs, which we found to be rather uncomfortable at times as it was so hot!
