About this property

This is a lovely one bedroom penthouse apartment that we had professionally refurbished to a very high specification just after we bought it. It is ideally located in a lovely complex, 2 pools and poolside bar/cafe. It is only a short walk from any of the complex gates to the lovely La Pinta bay, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There are sea and pool views from the private balcony which enjoys sun from around midday through to sunset. A ramp and only one set of stairs gives quick access to the rear door from the pool, whilst if using the complex top gates, access is via the one set of stairs only. It is perfect for the sea, beach, restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets such as San Eugenio/Puerto Colon/Torviscas shopping areas which are within 5 mins walk at most. The Water Park and new Sian Park within 10 mins walk and a visit to La Colleta/Del Duque Bay and Los Cristianos are about a 20 minute walk. For golf enthusiaist, Las Americas and Adeje Golf are a 5 min drive away.
We have tennis courts freely available just outside our back door.
Many sea trips are easily available from the La Pinta harbour, just a ten minute walk away.

Great balcony

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a holiday home, good wifi and very easy to use washing machine. Lovely pool area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this appartment and if in this area again would come back.

Orlando stay

Lovely apartment on nice complex close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Well equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday. Excellent communication with the owners. Shall be back in January.

We are Ken and Cath. We are both now retired. We also teach modern jive dancing. We have this one bedroom penthouse apartment in Torviscus area of Tenerife We had it completely refurbished to a very high standard. We wanted something in the Torviscus Bajo area on a quiet clean complex within easy reach of the lovely La Pinta Bay.

Why they chose this property

It is very close to the La Pinta Bay area that we love to sunbathe on, whilst being very close to loads of local amenities, shops, bars, restaurants. We can walk to all these within minutes! It is small but absolutely ideal for "couples" over say about 40?

What makes this property unique

We love to have our meals on the balcony, overlooking the small pool and having sea views. The sun is on this from around lunchtime to sunset. Being a Penthouse, it is very private with no one above us only the almost constant blue sky and sunshine most of the year round. Our bedroom is light and airy, we have net curtained windows which enjoy the sun during the morning.
