A nice cozy apartment with ocean and swimming pool views for your holidays. Located in a very quiet complex with swimming pools, one of them is heating.
Just 20 min on foot to the beach, 15 min to the center. Just 7min and you can reach the supermarket. Puerto Colon beach and Playa de Torviscas within 20 min distance. 10 min on foot is Aqualand,15min is Siam Park.
The space. It has one bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, balcony facing the swimming pool, ocean, and La Gomera island. You can spend your evenings watching stunning sunsets on the terrace.
You will have access to the entire apartment, kitchen utilities, washing machine, wifi.
The apartment has fiber-cable internet.
You don't need a car, just near the complex is a bus stop and taxi. If you like play padel, only ten minutes to walk is Aqua or Tennisur padel clubs.
Interaction with Guest. I will be available for additional questions or help during your stay.

Langzeitmiete war sehr schön, obwohl das Appartement schon klein war, sind wir gut
zurecht gekommen. Hätte mir einen Kasten im Zimmer gewünscht, aber eir haben alles gut
gelöst. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden.
