We purchased the villa in summer 08 to compliment our other property Villa Lemone (CY1103) which is 400m away. The villa underwent extensive refurbishment, new furniture and furnishings, new kitchen and bathroom, complete redec throughout!
Solar warmed pool now with roman steps , solar heated means heated by the sun so it raises the temp by around 3 degrees its therefore not hot in winter. The villa is perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, its perfect for letting all year with air con that heats & diesel large fire heater. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden off road parking, pebbles, planting and small patio to the front and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. With views form the first floor balcony over to Coralia Beach and the sea. In addition it has roman steps for ease of access especially with children and elderly or infirm There is a gas barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket are all within a 2 minute walk as are the world famous beaches. Bus stop with regular service to Paphos and the water park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
Why they chose this property
We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! After our decision to emigrate and the rental going so well we started to look for another property, we found Finikia in 2008, a perfect location but a bit of a wreck, we took the plunge bought it, gutted it, new kitchen, bathroom, decor, furniture and now have rented it ever since!
The villa is a perfect location, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
