LIVING/DINING SPACE
Step into the bright, air-conditioned living area that opens directly onto a private patio with access to the pool and gardens. The large living/dining area includes 2 comfortable sofas and swivel chair, flat screen TV and dining area for up to four guests – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Lagos.



KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need during your stay – dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, and capsule coffee machine.

BEDROOM 1
The large master bedroom features a European king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, luxury en-suite with bath and overhead shower. 



BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom includes twin beds and separate shower room and toilet.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. The building includes a communal pool, landscaped gardens, and free of charge residential parking close by.

WINTER LONGER STAYS (28 nights or more)

ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED in the long-term winter rental rate, however, as always, we ask for guests to be responsible and to turn off the air conditioning when they leave the property. Once heating is turned on, the apartment warms up very quickly and so it isn't essential for it to be left on to keep the place warm.

A cleaning service is offered every second week during which bed linen/covers and towels will be refreshed.

ALGARVIAN WINTERS

As lovely as the weather can be here, we feel that it is important to note that it can get quite chilly during the winter months. Our building, unlike most, is well insulated and built for the colder winter weather. Our home is double glazed, equipped with air conditioning with a heating mode and blankets. These are usually enough to keep the property warm, however we advise that you bring your cozy clothing and perhaps some thick socks/slippers.

We had a lovely week in Lagos. The apartment was fantastic and had absolutely everything you could need. It was beautifully presented and very clean inside. The pool area was great too and was never overly busy.Hilary was a great host and provided loads of useful information and was extremely responsive to any queries we had.We would definitely return.

Fantastic break

We had a fantastic week at this apartment. It was very clean, and we communicated well with the host, who was very patient with me. I should imagine mosquitoes would be a problem later in the year, as the large stagnant test pool for the boat shop a few hundred yards away did seem to attract them. would recommend this apartment for a stay.

Ideal apt and location

Had a lovely stay in the apt. Communication with owner, Hilary, was great. We’ve stayed in the complex before and the location is ideal for the Marina bars and restaurants and is only a short walk in to town. Apt was clean and spacious and well equipped. Pool area also well maintained. Great holiday venue!

A Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been to many holiday homes and would rate Hilary's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Lovely apartment

This was a lovely apartment to stay in, really lovely location, pool was great, had pretty much everyrhing we needed. Hilary was a good host and lisa her local friend was helpfull when we had a few questions. On a personal note, the only thing that could make this better is for the bedrooms to have curtains as the shutters they had let all the sunlight in at 0600 lol

Favourite Holiday complex

Have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions as it is a clean, lovely, secure complex which is not too big. Location is great beside the Marina, very close to shopping centre and a easy stroll into the town. The apartment was lovely, ground floor so easy access to pool. The apartment was spotless, with all required amenities present. Great communication with owner, would highly recommend especially for families with younger children.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment - really large, well-equipped and in a great location. We didn’t want to have a car on this holiday so this apartment was great - Pingo Doce just over the road, all the bars and restaurants of the Marina round the corner and not too far to walk to Meia Praia. The apartment is very comfortable and the pool is lovely. It’s great being on the ground floor and just having a short distance to the pool, brilliant for nipping across for a quick swim after a day out. The terrace was always in shadow when we were there, but it was a very hot week so that kept us and the apartment nice and cool. The communication with Hilary was very easy and she very kindly let us access the apartment early as we had a morning flight.

Amazing family property

Beautiful apartment in well maintained grounds in a great location. Close to supermarket, marina, beach and short walk to town. A true home from home. Everything you could possibly need in an apartment. Lisa met us after a short delay late at night for check in. Hilary kept in contact throughout both before departure and during. Excellent holiday and hope to be back as soon as we can.

We traveled through Portugal this summer and stayed here for 8 days around the end of July. It is a really lovely, spacious apartment in a central location. Instead of Hillary, Lisa welcomed us with the keys - she was very friendly and helpful.We enjoyed our stay here!One tip: install blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially in the master bedroom. The roller blinds that are currently there are transparent, and the exterior shutters cannot be completely closed, so as soon as the sun came up (around 6:45 a.m.), we were awake. In addition, the master bedroom also has a small window with no shutters or curtains at all. During our stay, we placed pillows in front of it.Fam Buning

Marina magic

It was a very easy process to rent the property and Hilary was very responsive owner in terms of queries I had before our visit. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos (except new sofas). It is a beautiful, well appointed apartment in a great location on the marina and a short stroll to the resort centre. We will definitely be back in the future

Lovely apartment in Lagos

Just returned from a 2 week stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. The location is great, it’s a lovely 20-25 minute stroll along the marina and over the bridge into town. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the pool was wonderful. Would recommend for families. It would be great if the owners had a couple of sun loungers available to use as we couldn’t always get one in the common area around the pool (people do reserve them for the day from early in the morning) but it was lovely to sit on the shady patio.

Family break in Lagos

Very clean and well appointed Villa just behind the famous Lagos Marina and a short pleasant stroll to the bustling old town. A really nice supermarket is a stones throw from the apartment which is a great benefit as well. Pool was very clean albeit a little chilly for the faint hearted however after taking the plunge much fun was had ! Grounds are pleasant and generally well maintained. The apartment itself is very well presented with no shortage of plates and glasses. Would recommend this apartment for families and also couples

We genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement is ruim, lichtrijk en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Geen 5 sterren voor ons en wel voor de volgende redenen. Wij logeerden hier midden juli en de weg naast en de garagepoort onder het appartement zijn best wel aanwezig.Alsook geen gordijnen voorzien, waardoor het al erg vroeg klaar is in de slaapkamers.Verder genoten van het gemak om dicht bij Lagos centrum te zitten, het grote zwembad, de aangename tuin en de supermarkt vlakbij.

Wonderful stay

It's the perfect spot for a family. We loved this place perfectly clean and calm, but with a short walk to the restaurant and animation in Lagos. We loved to hang by the pool at the end of the day, after the beach or visiting around. Hilary is a very good host and we could ask her question almost anytime. I will certainly go back in this magical place !

A pleasant experience in all points

Very nice place, with a beautiful garden and pool area. It's very well situated near supermarket and Marina. You can acceed by feet no need to take the car so it's very appreciable. The appartment is big, well decorated and perfectly equiped. The beds are very confortable and seem to be recent. And Hillary is always available and careful.

Perfect apartment for young family

A perfect location. This apartment ticked every box for our young family - spotless property, safe, secure, beautiful gardens, close to the marina and the old town, a pool suitable for babies and toddlers as well as a larger pool. We can't thank Hilary enough for her attention to detail and the excellent facilities at the apartment. She went out of her way to accommodate our every need and even took a very late night call when we couldn't access the property at first (as my phone was playing up!)

Très bel appartement & très fonctionnel

Bonjour, nous avons passez 1 semaine avec mon époux et mes deux jeunes (24 & 21 ans), l'appartement est très fonctionnel, l'emplacement au rdc est optimisé pour un accès à la piscine et surtout reste toujours frais. La propriétaire est très gentille et sociable, reste toujours disponible même à distance. Lagos est un bel emplacement pour visiter l’Algarve. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Fabulous spacious bright ground floor apartment in Lagos

I would highly recommend staying in this apartment, this is our 2nd stay.It’s a spacious 2 bed ground floor, with fabulous fresh modern decor, on the Marina close to beach and town centre. The pool was fantastic and our kids loved that they could play in the grass area. Hilary was so easy to deal with.Overall a amazing apartment in beautiful Lagos. We will definitely be returning.
