Dalyan on the summertime

The villa is great. We know the area very well from previous trips but it was our first time in this villa. The Aircon is excellent and villa is spacious, we had 10 with the youngest being 18yrs old. All the ensuites were clean tidy and working. The Pool is perfect for keeping cool and lazy splashing about. Garden is tidy and the kusk perfect for relaxing. We did need to get a couple of of things sorted in the first day. A couple more sun loungers - 10 adults we all wanted one - and a couple of bulbs needed changing. Have to say that Alistair was excellent he got everything sorted quickly and the managing agents were round really quickly. Location is great for easy access to the town for river boats, restaurants or just a wander. Definitely recommend this villa and Alistair.

Perfect for our needs (2 adults, 4 kids) with room to spare and space for all , great location,

We had an awesome break due to the house being as advertised , a helpful owner and great property managers who made everything just too easy .... so we could relax and enjoy our short break !!! Thank You so much

Perfect for a family holiday

As an extended family of 10 a larger property like Villa Victoria was perfect in size and location. Alistair the owner, very kindly arranged our transfer from the airport to the villa and this was without a hitch. On arrival at the Villa we were really pleased at how clean and spacious the villa was, however were little disappointed that there wasn't an information folder for things like supermarkets, Dr etc, however prior to our flight out to Turkey we did receive an email advising us on directions to the supermarket, where to look for boat trips etc. I would recommend this property, its in a lovely area and the locals are so friendly. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice but I would definitely recommend eating at one of the restaurants down the river.

I am was introduced to Dalyan by a friend of mine who has a villa in Dalyan. I enjoy keeping fit which is just as well as I also love to eat. I love to travel and experience new places and cultures. It's no wonder that Dalyan was the place to purchase a villa!

The area combines the very best of Turkey. Wonderful people, stunning natural scenery, outstandingly preserved ruins and an amazing environment for experiencing the magnificent loggerhead turtles. Combine this with perfect weather and a beautiful town and you have a wonderful holiday experience that is simply unique.

What makes this property unique

The villa is in a magnificent setting overlooking an orchard and a stunning mountain backrop. It's a wonderful way to experience Dalyan providing luxury with the convenience of a short walk to the river which is the heart of Dalyan and the town itself. Despite the close proximity to the town it is magnificently serene as it faces the orchards and riverside mountain and is only 300metres from the river itself.
