This beautiful detached villa is located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to main street and bars&restaurants. Nearest super market is only 5 minutes away.
The villa comprising 6 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 4 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. 12 people can sleep in beds. The villa is fully air-conditioned and in the kitchen area water cooler is available. The villa has a fully fitted and well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV. Also there is a shared WC on ground floor.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a very large size private swimming pool (50sq meters 5mtX10mt) and a sun terrace with sun loungers.There is also dining table in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting.
And the villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access, outside BBQ grill.
P.S: Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service, car rentals and arrange boat trips. Currancy exchange service is available with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!
