About this property

Lovey detached villa close to the famous Binibeca fishing village and only minutes from the beach. A privately-owned villa with a tourist license set within its own south-facing garden in a quiet area of Binibeca. The villa was refurbished at the beginning of 2019 and has its own private pool which was refurbished in 2023. There are terraces, an additional outside solar heated shower, and a large roof terrace with splendid sea views. The three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The beach at Binibeca is a family-friendly sandy beach offering safe bathing for the family. The island's capital city, Mahon, is only about 20 minutes easy drive away and the Menorca's many historical and tourist attractions are all easily accessible from Binibeca.

We have owned the Casita for over 15 years and have enjoyed staying there both ourselves and with our family. The property is furnished as a family home and it is regularly updated. We have had guests coming back year after year because of its homely feel and affordable price (and its private pool!).

Why they chose this property

We chose to have our “second home” in Binibeca because everything you could want is in walking distance. There are no clubs or discos or high-rise apartment blocks but there are welcoming local shops and cafes. We have never regretted our choice and have always wanted to share the property with our guests who can enjoy their holidays in this beautiful part of Menorca.
