A stunning villa in a great location

My family and I just returned home last week from an incredible stay at Villa Velleda, we weren't ready to leave. What a gorgeous place and so beautifully decorated, we are already discussing when we will holiday there again. The location is so central to visit Ste Maxime, St Tropez and Port Grimaud where there are so many lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. I would 100% book another holiday here!!!

Good locationd and overall a nice house

Very nice location in between both St-Maxime and port Grimaud, and a nice spacious house. Communication with host was difficult, and the pool was not heated even though it was advertised otherwise.

Tolle ältere Villa mit großem Pool

Die Villa liegt gut. Wem die Privatsphäre wichtg ist und eine angenehm große Poolanlage sucht, könnte hier glücklich werden. Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Das Haus ist groß. Wohnbereiche und Terrassen sind üppig vorhanden. Zimmer (3 Oben und 2 Unten) sind auch Ok (unten roch es etwas modrig). Nur die getrennten Toiletten und 2 von den 4 Badezimmern sind eher eng. Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider bei Ankunft nicht 100% sauber. (Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Gartenanlage sehr schön. Leider Mücken im Garten. Hier für Abhilfe sorgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schöne Lage-aber….

Die Villa liegt in wirklich toller Lage in einer schönen Wohnanlage in einer wundervollen Bucht-zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an einem schönen Strand. Sehr schön sind auch die Terrassen und der Garten mit dem Pool. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Villa stimmt dennoch nicht, weil: - die Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung ist, jegliches Geschirr und Besteck war voller alter Fett-Reste und wirkte wie noch nie mit heißem Wasser gespült -Der Pool war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, erst zwei Tage später aufgrund unseres Hinweises gesäubert - Im Untergeschoss riecht es sehr modrig und es lagen in den Badezimmern überall tote Fliegen - 2 der 4 Duschen sind für über 1,80 m große Personen ungeeignet, auf den sehr geschickt gemachten Fotos in der Anzeige ist das nicht zu erkennen Leider hat auch die Inhaberin nicht auf unser Feedback im Nachgang reagiert-schade. Wir machen sicherlich in dieser Region wieder Urlaub, aber nicht in dieser Villa, dafür ist sie zu teuer.

Magnifique

Cette magnifique maison à 5 minutes de la plage est parfaite pour des groupes. Elle est très spacieuse et pratique. Grand parking, pelouse impeccable, roof top vue mer, salon de jardin, 2 barbecues, 2 frigo, une lingerie, 2 salons, 4 salles de bain. Le seul petit point « négatif » est l’accueil, bien que la personne ait été très sympathique, la communication fut compliquée (en français) et elle est arrivée avec une trentaine de minutes de retard, nous avons donc investit les lieux sans elle. Dans ce type de location nous attendons mieux.

Wonderful week

As a family of 6 we had a great week. The house is close to the sea and still private and quiet. The rooms are large and the house has an excellent vibe. The beautiful garden and pool area made our stay complete.

A beautiful villa, with lots of space and options for enjoying the sun. A nice 10 minute walk to the beach, air con worked well and ice machine was a big hit for the kids. Only criticism was the pool was a little cold, but we were out of season, other than that it was perfect.
