Welcome to our home away from home. Come enjoy our well equipped town home. We are located on the east end of Sanibel minutes from the causeway and a short walk to the beach. Our corner unit overlooks the canal with our private boat dock and overlooks the heated pool. There is easy access to the bay and the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Keep your car in the bottom floor garage, out of the sun and rain. Two adult bikes and two kayaks available for your use free of charge. Beach equipment also available stored in our garage for use.
Our beautiful town home has granite counter tops and updated cabinets and appliances. There is plenty of space for all your food items in our cabinets. A dumbwaiter will help bring groceries or suitcases from garage to first floor living area. Walk into our comfortable dining and living areas. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the living area with blue ray player and movies available for your use.
Relax in one of our four screened lanais. There is also an open sitting area outside on the ground level. Fish from our private dock using our fishing supplies. All you will need is the bait that can be obtained from one of the many fishing stores on Sanibel.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with attached bath and guest bedroom. Having bedrooms upstairs give an added quietness for those who like to sleep in or for children to be undisturbed while trying to sleep. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is great storage space for clothing in all of the walk in closets.

We would like to introduce ourselves. Dave and Sue Musselman have been coming to Sanibel for over 8 years and love the relaxed lifestyle. All of our eight children are grown. We have 13 grandchildren. Our lives are always busy.
Dave operates a greenhouse business he started in south central Pennsylvania. The two acre greenhouse operation is near Gettysburg, PA and serves 200 retail florists and garden centers.
Sue is a registered nurse currently working on the IV team at a local hospital. Her history includes Emergency Room, Oncology, school nursing and NICU. We live in the small, rural town of Cashtown, Pennsylvania. Cashtown is just 8 miles from historic Gettysburg and 50 miles north of Washington D.C.
We are dedicated to make your stay at our townhome comfortable and relaxing. Many memories will be made here.

We fell in love with Seawind on our first visit. Its open living concept is close to the beach with a canal right out our back door. Minutes from the causeway at the lighthouse end of the island our location provides easy on and off the island . With our two furnished bikes you can easily reach any of the fine Sanibel restaurants and stores. Everything is here to make you feel like home away from home.
