The fully air-conditioned house has 8 spacious bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, two modern lounge areas, fully fitted kitchen, free WiFi and a garage/storage area. It is located in a mature gated peaceful residential area with easy access to shops, beaches and all local amenities. There is a perfectly maintained private pool and has access to two communal pools located next door.

Nice stay

We where 7 people and had no problems to stay here. Lot of space and nice manager. Very nice location with the gated community. Really terrass and good facilitys. I recommend this house if you are a big group that want to have your own room.

Perfect Family Holiday

We’ve had such a fantastic week at this villa, the location was perfect for what we were looking for as we were visiting family who live close by, and the villa itself was just brilliant, Eamon has thought of everything to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible, the villa bible was so helpful, and all the little extra touches like the tv guide are great, we had a BBQ and sat up in the dining area and it made for such a great family time, we will definitely want to come back, although I think I will be bringing more with us next time as I have been raving about it, the downstairs lounge and bedrooms was just perfect the three boys, helped keep their noise to a minimum 😁, thanks so much for providing the facilities that made our holiday a home from home.

Fantastic villa

We arrived late at night to a beautifully lit pool and garden area, and lovely enclosed terrace on the first floor. The first impressions did not not disappoint. We were very grateful to Anne for providing us with basics we needed with shops being closed due to the time of arrival. It was very helpful with 4 hungry kids to feed the next morning! The villa is well spread out and spacious, and was well kitted with everything you need. The beds were comfy, and everyone slept great. The pool was lovely, with a pool cleaner popping in a couple of times during the week. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was lovely having the covered area for shade when needed. The consum supermarket is literally a 5 min walk for shopping, and the little centre just up the road is also great for walking to. The chinese there is well worth a visit, as well as the bakery. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend the villa, and would definatelty stay here again.

Private property owner : villa purchased as holiday home for extended family - children and grandchildren to gather each year. Renting on limited basis to cover pool and community maintenance charges. Not interested in groups that would not suit a quiet residential area. ( We prefer to manage property directly with guests to ensure their suitability and to avoid unnecessary surcharges)

Why they chose this property

Had often visited area staying in property owned by extended family member ( From 2000) : Despite initial reservations about heat in high summer, we found that elevated villa location on coast had benefits of continuous sunshine and cooling breezes. Fell in love with area and decided to plan for retirement and found magnificant property which ticks all the boxes for our family needs. Area has all the amenities one needs for a summer holiday .... sun and sand and plenty of great food in adjacent restaurants. Supermarket is close enough for my 12 year old to stroll up and get warm croissants for breakfast and hot chicken for lunch !. Quiet estate which wont suit the hen/stag party crowds (which we discourage) and a rep for the villa living nearby to assist guests with any needs

Kids love access to water park and other entertainments in Torrevieja or the bigger theme parks about 80 mins away in Benidorm ( Aqualandia, Terre Mitica, etc).
